I've had it only a month and have not been impressed with it. My cord is lopsided and I've had to send it back for connection errors. I think that it's expensive. I wont recommend it to others.

I didn't like the device, it was a little too involved for me to use easily. I made the decision to cancel it and they sent me a small bill so I lost the money even though I never used the service.

Fall Button does not work all the time. Otherwise I would recommend Mobile Help. It is a great product, it is GREAT for distance. The people that work there are VERY NICE.
