The whole idea of the service is excellent. It is a shame that you have one very major downside. The button on the watch and necklace is too difficult for an elderly person to press. So, our system is really worthless. My 97 year old mother in law cannot press the button on the watch or necklace. She can press it on the remote unit. I called to see if there were other items that we could try that would be easier for her to press and the answer was that we could pay for something different. Your advertisement should really show the truth. You have to be strong enough to press the button for it to work for you. or, you have to have someone who is stronger to press the button. You should work with the manufacturer to make the necklace and watch better for everyone. I will be glad to discuss this with you.
I had this and one night when I rely need it did not work I ended up in intensive care for 3 days and this was the 2nd unit of there's that I had the 1st one didn't work 2nd one didn't work and after I got out of the hospital and called them about it they sent me a new one they tested it at my house and the 3rd one didn't work either. and now they haven't even offered me any thing not even some of my money back as I had it for over a year and like I said did not work at all I was lucky I was able to get to my phone and dill 911 as I was bleeding bad . I bought this system for my mother when she turned 85. Now she is 92. I like the peace of mind knowing that she can reach get help with the touch of a bouton. She no longer has a cell phone so this is a great alternative. Customer service and technical support are outstanding. We just purchased another system for my wife's mother who recently had a heart attack and now is scared to be by herself.

Obviously you have many customers that use your Service. Your Customers, especially the older Members have many other responsibilities that they must remember living their lives. Many are not directly connected to determining if your instruments are functioning as prescribed. They in many cases do not remember to check the instruments for operation. It would be very beneficial if you could somehow have a method or signal that would be activated on a monthly basis to advise the customer that the instrument is still operating properly. Thanks

The responce time is good . My problem with the systen is that it is going off by itself several times for no reason.
Fortunately I have not needed more than an initial response to my button-pushing, as it has always been by accident, but: MobileHelp has answered three or four false alarms quickly and professionally, even to knowing the exact location of the device, whom to call when I did not answer, and working with the person to determine it was a false alarm. I use the wrist device, and my only complaint is that its band is ugly. If there could be a selection of wristbands instead of just the one black ugly plastic, I think they would sell well. MobileHelp might take a clue from MedicAlert's many attractive bands and other means of displaying the device. Having MobileHelp on call has done much to make my being alone a far less worrisome lifestyle. Thanks! .

The main thing I love about Mobile Help is the security I have in knowing you are always with me in case something happens to me. I live alone so thst is very important to me.
I purchased Mobile Help for my Dad which is 85 and lives alone in Maine. It is such peace of mind for him and his family He has used it once in the middle of the night due to a breathing issue and help arrive promptly and took him to the hospital. He does not use a cell phone, so the mobile help is great when he leaves the house as well. It really works, as he found out, when he pressed the button by mistake when he was at the coast and someone came right on asking if he needed assistance. I would recommend Mobile Help to anyone!

i am very pleased with your service. i have needed you several times and they responded right away. i have been with you at least 3 years and haven't had any problems except when my mobile device and i talked with several people and they knew exactly what my problem was. my mobile unit was not working so the gentleman sent me another one and that didn't work but i took an alcohol swab and cleaned the contacts and it's working fine. keep up the good work and i have referred a lot of people to you and i stressed how important it is to have help right at your finger tips. All aspects of the Mobile Help device, as advertised were met. The set up, use of the product and payment were clearly explained and understood. The device provides comfort whether in residence or miles away. Thankfully, I have not had to make use of it yet!

When the device was purchased for my elderly parents, the shipment came promptly and was easily activated. Twice my parents have used their call buttons; once, for a fall and once, accidentally. Both times verbal response from MobileHelp was immediate and appropriate. My mom said, "Oh the were so nice!" The fall detector and GPS device are important upgrades that are essential for mobile elderly that leave their apartment or are high risk for falls. I checked all the competitor's pricing and for the quality and service, in my opinion, MobileHelp is the best.

My local lifeline or mobile assistance program only cover the situation where you need help in the home or within 100 feet of the home (garden, driveway, etc,) I was happy to find Mobile Help which offers a help connection wherever you go inside the entire United States, and for a lower price per month than the local device. The delivery was quick and directions were excellent, so I could set it up and make sure it was working myself, no service personnel needed. I am very pleased. So far no emergencies, but I feel much more fully protected.
I would recommend this service to anyone has health problems or a senior living alone.

the product is very efficient & a great comfort to have both around my neck & the "To Go"unit for my car & pocket. i like the self check of the product once a month with the reminder that I asked for. It has got me safely to the hospital at least 3 times & notified my family. Adding a little embarassed humor...I was bent down on one knee pulling a few weeds, I didn't hear any commotion when my son said"mom I think these people are here to see you"I looked up in total surprise to see police, ambulance & fire truck i had no idea how they were called but they were notified by my mobile help.When all said & done I decided it had to have been my knee I wasn't kneeling on that pressed the button & made the call. I"m very careful of the position of my unit since then & very thankful to a very forgiving town.
As it turns out, I needed a new charger for my device. There was a period of checking and then no hesitation to send a replacement and instructions on how to proceed until it arrives. I have been totally blessed in that I have not had to use my Mobile Help and I will endeavor to keep it that way. But, should the need arise, I have total faith that it will be there. I have had MobileHelp for several years AND two times I have had to use it. The last time I was wedged sideways in the bathtub and could not free my left leg. Didn't have my phone with me BUT I did have my MobileHelp pendant hanging around my neck. I was able to get help very quickly. Suddenly I had a bathroom full of two paramedics and two Firemen. Fortunately I only had a severe sprain of the left knee and ankle. After all was well, I had to laugh about it. That had to have been a funny sight!! Thank God for MobileHelp AND my daughter thanks you too..

My overall experience has been totally satisfactory. One observation Is the leather belt unit case becomes unserviceable annually. A ballistic nylon case might be a better choice. Regardless you replace unserviceable items without hassle

Many seniors are bent over. The pendant is therefore too long...it hits our waist. Having a sweater on, prevented the fall button to detect that I fell down. It won't work with a coat on. Otherwise, I am pleased with the product, even though I haven't used it yet.
