It's expensive and I don't think it's really it's worth it, but it gives me some peace of mind. We tested it and my mother is older, she was a little disappointed with the voice of the voice activated thing. They work when nobody's there but I don't think she felt all that comfortable with it but that's all you get that day and age. It's convenient.

It's well worth it. They do their job and they do it well. Every time that I've had to use it, it has actually worked immediately and when I tested it I have a response immediately. The people that took care of the calls are polite and take care of it the way that it needs to be taken care of, they don't just shrug it off.

When I reported the issue with the lanyard they were very prompt at sending a new one and responding to my complaint. The last time I tested it was toward the beginning of last month and I just pushed the button and it comes on and and I say I'm just testing it and then that's it.

We've only had it a few days and we have found out that the pendant around the neck, we're both short people so mine hits the edge of the table when I sit down or the edge of the cabinet when I stand up so we have set it off accidentally a whole bunch of times and my husband had his own at night and every time he turned over he set it off four times in the night so last night he took it off. Their customer support calls back really fast.

They answer the phone quickly and they are very pleasant, they don't always know the answer to every single question, but they're very willing to trying to find out. I don't like that it doesn't tell me when it has run out of battery, so I have to try and remember on my own to charge it up, which is frustrating.

It's efficient, it's excellent, does everything it has to do. The time we had to use the device, an elderly friend that I care for had to press the button and next thing you know I got the alert and the police were there and they made sure he was okay and that he didn't have to go to the hospital, but they did a good job.
