I am concerned about the transfer from 3G to 5G and how that is going to affect the device. I heard on the news it might interfere with the service. I did test it recently and the customer service rep was helpful. It was pretty straightforward. I feel secure when I have it on.

Sometimes it gets stuck on my sweater and I had to get used to it. I don’t dislike it. I used it to get help when I fell in my hall and hit my head on the ground and I couldn’t get up. They were here very quickly.

I like it, but I'm having difficulty and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, because I've been wearing the bracelet and it's been going off numerous times when I haven't press it or anything. So I don't know what caused it to go off. I need to call and talk to them about what happened. Medical Guardian has been very good at getting back to me.

I put the thing on the charging unit making sure the metal dohickeys are touching. More than once I take it off the charger and it says "needs charging". I put it back on charger for aother couple hours. Last night I noticed I was not getting the blue wifi blink. I pushed it to test it and nothing happened. Very frustrating. I put it back onto charger for a bit, and getting more and more frustrated, I pushed it. A man's voice came on and I let loose on him. I'm sorry man on other end. I was thinking if I really had an emergency I was sunk. Anyway, I put it on the charger all night and it seems to be working. I do not want to test it again because I may explode on the thingy again.

The base unit is very sensitive and I even dropped it on bed one day and it rang the emergency people, which was fine, but then I dropped it to other time on the floor and of course then it was expected to go off. However I fell very badly in the store on the 5th of January and I had my wrist band bracelet on and it did not go off so I couldn't understand quite how that would happen. They're very very understanding and caring when they get on the phone with me.

The wrist watch is overly sensitive to be activated when you're resting you're wrist or doing stuff on a table or some other hard surface it'll set the alarm off. Unfortunately their hours of operation are not conducive to my work schedule. I do like it's peace of mind when I live by myself. It give me peace of mind if something happens to me medically inside my home.

Not sure how long the battery lasts before I have to charge it. I would also like to increase the volume on it. Other than that, it is comfortable to wear and the response time is good when I test it. They immediately turn me over to a machine and would like to talk to a real person because I sometimes have questions when I test it.

So far I have been very satisfied with the Guardian Medical Alert system. Luckily I haven't had to use it as no recent falls. The magnetic connections on the cord came undone and I called for a replacement cord. The replacement was poor quality so I just used a safety pin on the good one I already had.

I like that I can talk back to the people. I have had problems with my medical alert. I had a new one sent to because it wasn’t holding a charge. I had to recharge it every two days. When I called customer service, the young lady was not listening to me and I told her that then she settled down and listened and I got a new one. They tell you the battery should last five days but the book says to charge it every day which is ridiculous. They need to go over their literature.

It seems reliable, I dropped it a couple of times and they called promptly. It fulfills it's function when I fall down, which is primarily why I got it. It's expensive. I got a new one and it was supposed to charge up faster and it was a little smaller and its what their intention was I guess, but it needs to be charge like twice a week so that isn't very good. Guardian comes out right away after I push the button. I've used it several times and whenever I have pushed it, they come out and it do real good with the fire department. When I fall it had never gone off, I had to call them. It would be better if I fell and there was an alert.
