One time I fell when I was cleaning my cat litter in the bathroom. I had been sick and I could have taken the time to have gotten up, but I wasn't physically strong enough, so I did use the device. I told them to call my next door neighbor because he was the one that would get here first, which he did, and he got here really quickly and got me up.

I've had to use it twice and they come right on and answered. It doesn't stay charged long enough if you have to use it. If you started early in the morning, by mid afternoon you don't have it anymore until you recharge it.

You receive it, you put it on and it's ready to go. The little charger you can have right by your chair while you're watching TV and put it in the charging station and then when you get up to go somewhere, it's ready to go with you.

They were very helpful, very thorough with with any questions that I had or in describing what I needed to know to operate the device. I'm a little worried about making sure that it is charged, but this is new to me so I'm sure things will get easier as I go along. I would prefer to use the wrist band rather than the lanyard around my neck, but I have difficulty getting it attached so that I can wear it.

It's larger than I expected it to be. It shows through my clothing and whatnot. My sister has one that's smaller. The response was pretty quick. The paramedics were here within 5 or 6 minutes. I have called twice to see about replacing the unit I have with the smaller unit and have gotten no response. I've also called twice about the billing, I'm supposed to be getting the quarterly bill and I haven't had one yet.

They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My medical device charges properly. I think the one thing that I like about it is that it it offers various languages. It's not just English, you can pick whatever language you want. Based on the customer need.

Just the other night I fell and I had difficulty getting up and down and I had to use it. They've always been real responsive on any questions I've had and any problems. Everything's good. I like being able to wear it away from the house. My only problem is that when I fell it did not detect the fall, I had to press the button.

My mother-in-law had the device and she hit it and they called us to let us know. We have cameras in her house now and we looked and we saw her sitting in the chair. We found out that she hit it doing laundry. So it definitely gives peace of mind that we know if something happened to her that we would know about it.

I like that it will call my husband first, and my next friend, and the next friend before they call emergency service. I tested once and the answer came quickly. They gave me a bracelet and I would use it more if it was a necklace.

My credit card was billed for six months and I had no idea that that's what Medical Guardian was going to do. So I was confused and I called up the credit card company and said that I didn't authorize that. So I'm a little confused about the financial part of it. It wasn't really what I was expecting. The quality seems to be okay, just the way that it operates, I'm unhappy with. I have tested it, I literally dropped it on the floor and nothing happened and it's supposed to be for fall detection. Twice I was talking to somebody about an issue and we were disconnected. They had my callback number. Nobody ever called me back and I didn't know how to call them back. I really don't trust it. My husband wears it when I'm not at home, and I told him just to push the button, not to rely on the fall detection.

My charger is not working properly, and when I called to report this, I was told that it is "ok", but I don't feel confident. It does not show complete red after overnight charge. It just continues to blink red until the device is removed from the charger. But nothing in your directions addresses this, so I feel very uncomfortable about it. We just had a big thunderstorm and each time the power went off we had to call in and get it reset. They were very courteous about it and they were very nice to talk with. I even take a shower with it and I feel so safe now

I dislike that rope that goes around your neck. I don't like anything around my neck and I can't really take the clip off the device. I tried to activate it and they sent the rescue squad here but I was just trying to activate it. I never could get satisfactory Instructions on what to do with it.
