Their representatives are not very nice on the phone once you get the device. The only reason I rated 3 was because of Jonathan who helped me and replaced my defective product. But when I called and asked to talk to him like he told me to he never called me back to see what I wanted. Don't know if the girl didn't give him my message or he just didn't want to answer. The women who answer are really grouchy if you ask for someone. They tell you they can take care if it. My other company had much nicer reps but you speak into the device. Otherwise I wouldn't have changed.

The device itself is easy to get used to wearing. It needs to be charged evert 3-5 days which is no problem. When testing the device by pressing the button, a representative answers quickly and courteously.

This is for my sister that lives 2 hours away from me. It gives me peace of mind to know that she is ok. I like the app but it only updates every hour so I have to wait for the next location report. Also, the GPS isn't very accurate so I have to guess where she might be if she leaves the house.

When I signed up, I specifically asked for fall detection. I pushed the button after a fall. The monitoring service said it was working and would have the main office call next business day. Same thing after fall 2. After fall 3, I called customer service and they said I didn't have fall detection and I paid the yearly fee. They tell me I 'should' have it now

The people I've worked with on the phone have been very nice and helpful. The tests have worked fine. It is supposed to be waterproof, but I accidentally activated it in the shower. What's important about it is that if something happens to me with nobody else around it is quicker to call nine one one than to use medical guardian. Medical guardian seems to go through processes that take a while even when it's for something really serious. Medical guardian would not be fast enough.

When I exercise at the gym I'm afraid I'm going to smash it accidentally, but I haven't used it yet so I guess that's a good thing. I try to charge it everyday and so it would be nice if there was a way can tell how much it charge it has on it.

I was sent paperwork to register it and I'm not real sure what it was all about. I felt like we did all that on the phone. They do answer all the questions and when I asked to switch to something more younger looking they were willing to do that, but its a whole other system to set up. This on is very ugly and bad and pulling all the time.

I dislike that I'm supposed to have a pendant that they can speak to me through. I have to go all the way into the other room to the machine to be able to talk to them when the button is pressed. I accidentally hit it a couple of times and they've been they they been right on top of calling me back but is supposed to be a call back through the pendant and that doesn't happen.

The customer service team has been very responsive, but unfortunately when we needed it most, the system failed. I fell and got a compression fracture and when I push the button it did not work. I will score lower except that customer service has been very helpful and sending me a new unit, but now I like the trust I was hoping to gain from having this system in place

Nobody told me how to turn it off so it kept buzzing. It took me a half an hour to figure it our. They are pretty fast to answer when I call then. I had fallen in my bathroom and it my head on the shower door and they called my daughter and my friends. It was good but it didn’t detect my fall the way it was supposed to.

When I push the button it is active immediately and whoever is on the line is extremely helpful and kind. They always stay on the line. They did send me the wrong device and the one I have right now does not activate when I fall and have a seizure. They sent me the necklace and I was supposed to get the wrist band for epilepsy.
