I think as you get older, you find that you need something like this. People get stubborn and think they'll never need it. I'm one of the ones that thought so, but knowing the way life works out, I think it's a good investment. I'm in my mid-eighties and I live alone, so that was mostly the reason I looked into it. It's good to have when you live alone. I'm happy with it, and it seems adequate for what I need. I haven't had to use it. I check it once in a while make sure it's working, but it's nice to have in case something happens. They call right back when I press the button to make sure it's working, so that's about all I need right now.

The adjustable necklace part of it keeps loosening up; it doesn't stay very well, but there's no monthly contract and it was easy to order. They've been very helpful when my Mom accidentally pushed the button one day, and they were great to her. She lives alone and she is elderly, so I wanted it to protect her in case she falls.

The customer service people were quite good and efficient in both ordering it and in setting the equipment up. When I looked it up on the internet, it had a high rating, and another nice thing about it was that you can just get it and plug it into the phone socket without having to actually be connected to the phone company.

My daughter was momentarily out of her office when she received the alert that I was being moved to the hospital. She could not get through to the number she was to call to find out what was happening because of the extended hold on the line. Fortunately her son in law who lives near by me had come to my house when he received the alert and that is how she found out where I was. She was on hold for about 15 minutes and gave up when she got to the hospital. This is not acceptable.

Although I've never needed to use this system for an emergency, all other contact has been positive. I recently had a power outage while I was out of town. I had to call medical guardian to reset my system when I returned. The technician stood by and instructed me while we trouble shooter and reset my system.

I haven't had to use it yet but I accidentally pushed the button. When I did that they answered really quickly and everything. The only thing I don't like is that they don't offer a bracelet option. I mean, they have something to strap across my arm but neither that nor the cord on the necklace are very pretty...

I didn't chose it, my son went and found the best one for me. One time I pushed the button by mistake when I went out. When I returned, I realized that the emergency guy was on my driveway and that he had been sent out to make sure I was alright. From that I realized that they answer pretty quickly and that's really nice, I like it.

Did some internet research before contacting them. They answered our questions to get it installed. They don't mess around. If you've got questions or issues, they generally deal with them fairly quickly. It's out of the way, and it does its job well. It provides my mother a certain degree of comfort. We've never had to use it in an emergency. We got it for my father before he died, and now for my mother. It's one of those things you hope you never have to use, but you want to have it there just in case.

When my mother in law first got it she pushed the button just to see if it worked. It did and they were there right on the spot. The service is terrific. They have always been very courteous and friendly whenever we call. The watch always slips off though, they need to make that a little more durable so that it stays on.

I got it because I could use it in other places besides just my home. Actually, I don't really wear it unless I'm going out places, but I like it since it's small. I've never had to use it but every time I've checked it they've been there on time. There was a problem with the first button that I had. All I had to do to fix it was call them and they sent me a new one immediately.

I got it as a gift. We had a few problems at first but I imagine that was all because I was new and we were just getting into the swing of things. I usually wear it until 4 o'clock or so since at around that time it will tell me I need to charge it. Even if it doesn't tell me though, I put it back to charge for about 4 hours and put it back on when I go to bed. Whenever I call they are very fast and alert, I like that.

One reason I got it is because they had that door alert that I could have so that emergency services could come in and help me easily. I used it when I had severe pain around my chest. It could've been my heart, but I wasn't sure, so I pushed the button. They were very helpful and got the EMTs out here very quickly. I've also hit it accidentally more often than I'd like, but I've been pleased with it.

I looked online and since I liked the idea of it and the ratings that they had, I got it for my mother. Every time we've used it, it has worked immediately. It actually went off this morning, I think my mother pushed the button, but I they were on it like crazy. All I had to do is call them back and say 'hey it's not an emergency' and they canceled the ambulance that they had sent our way. Recently though we got a letter in the mail with the annual fees. I didn't think that'd be due yet so I tried to call them and see what that was about but couldn't get a hold of anybody...

They were the first ones that I called and since they sounded good I got it for my mother. On one occasion she fell while getting up so we used the thing and they came out and helped her get back up. We've gotten the response that we needed. The only thing is that the unit is not always close enough to her when she falls, so she can't use it to speak with them.

It's for my mother, and I think it's great. She had a necklace and she broke that, so the gal called my mom right away and I think they delivered the bracelet the next day. It was great service. My daughters chose it for me when I had some medical problems. I haven't had to use it. I've had been wearing the necklace, and I used to wear the bracelet too. One night I rolled over and set it off without meaning to, so I quit wearing the bracelet. I've been getting a credit card bill, and I don't know if it's for a year or for 6 months.

They were recommended by my doctor, so I got it. When I got it I wore the necklace, but no one told me I couldn't use it if I had a pace maker. I switched to the bracelet after my doctor told me about it. I had to use it on 2 different occasions and both went well. The second time though it took too long for them to come on the line. That meant that the rescue squad took longer to get to me while I was bleeding.

I didn't really have any idea what to get. I just asked around and nobody seems to give me the clear answers, so I looked up different companies on the computer, and that gave me pretty good reasons to get it. I keep it in my pocket every day. I've never had to use it but I've tripped it a couple of times accidentally. They've always answered the phone whenever that happens and talk to me. I just tell them it was an accident and that's the end of that. Everything is good.
