This is reliable. And that's what you want. Not "usually reliable", which isn't reliable at all. Bought this and have thoroughly tested my "anywhere" device with GPS and "cell coverage". I even works where my cell phones does. Communication is clear and hands free. This is not only suitable for people with medical conditions, it could protect you or call air for car accidents, assaults, when you feel physically threatened or when you need urgent help in any critical situation. This device makes me feel more secure and confident that I'll get quick help in any situation that requires it.
