They've helped me so much. I purchased the Fall Detection for ten extra dollars a month, but it does not go off automatically. Besides that, I think it's worth every penny, because it gives you that little security. Overall, they're very good.

At first, the device was a little shaky, but it's come a long way. It's really good. I've had a couple problems, but we ironed them out and I'm very happy with Medical Alert. I don't know too many people that have Medical Alert, but I know my experience has been good. Whenever I call, they're there for me, and I don't know what I would do without them.

I have trouble with the necklace because it got tangled on my clothes. It's actually been wonderful. I don't worry about falling anymore because I know somebody would come if I push the button. So far, I haven't had a problem with it.

The features are great and I like the idea behind it, however, I don't like that it's too sensitive. I set it off frequently and it's not very comfortable around my neck, so I don't wear it very much. Besides that, I'm satisfied with the quality of their service; it's also very affordable.

I talked to someone from your office to tell you it took me a long time to get the red light to say your device is charging. Sometimes I count each time I try to get it to charge, and I have counted thirteen times before the red light would come on. Maybe that was because I was a few days from charging it every month on the first day. But lately it is doing fine. And I know you keep a good check on it because you could tell me the time I put it on and the time I took it off. So, I know you are checking it and I appreciate that. So, thanks for doing a good job for me.
