This is the service that my children called and got for me. I wear the button around my neck all the time when I'm not at home. Whenever I call them or anything they have been very polite and efficient. I guess they're trustworthy, I haven't had any trouble with anything and it always seems to work.

I had tried a couple of other devices and this one turned out to be best than the other ones. I've never had to use it even though I've had it for over a year. Still, I wear it everyday and it's comfortable. I don't worry about doing most of the things I do. I have been irritated occasionally by customer support, but I still use it. I hope I never will need it, but it's there if I do. It makes me feel secure.

I didn't really have any say in choosing it, someone else did that for me. On a typical day, I just have it around my neck and hope I don't actually need it. Customer support is responsive and they answer my calls. It's the most expensive medical alert system that I've heard about. I had once before that was less expensive and it worked okay. Their people were very eager and it was good.

We looked at the options on the internet and decided to go with it. I'm not really happy with customer support right now. I've never had to use it yet, but I do wear it all the time in case I do need it. I cannot really hear anything on the button. It doesn't really do me any good if I can't speak with anybody without having the handheld whatever thing you get. Unless it happens to fall with me it really wouldn't do me any good to press the button. It went off once but I didn't hear it. Several minutes later they called me on the actual phone to see if I was alright. I used to have a different one where everything was from the device, you could talk to them and hear them from that thing.

I just kind of tried it. At the time I was by myself and I needed something that I could use to get help. I haven't had to use it but I wear the wristband. I tried using the neck piece but it goes off on its own automatically when I'm sleeping. It's not really designed as well as I would like it to be. They owe me some money and they haven't paid me yet.

I needed something because I kept falling all the time, so I decided to get it. I don't actually wear the thing since it's too big, but I keep it close to where I'm sitting. Right now I have trouble hearing them, so I'll have to get my daughter to put the main unit in a different spot. But customer service doesn't contact me anyways.

My daughter got it for me. It is comfortable to use, and I wear it everyday, even in the shower. When I fell once I just pushed the button that I wore around my neck and they came and helped me get up. They have been very courteous, kind, and helpful.

I haven't had to check in with them other than for a monthly check in. They have been very courteous and have always been very aware. I have the two devices, the neck piece and the wrist thing. I particularly like the neck piece, though it goes off when it shouldn't.

I usually get up in the morning, eat breakfast, and go out. Of course, I don't wear Medical Alert when I'm outside since it doesn't work, but as soon as I get back home I keep it on until I go to bed. There was one time when I had a very bad fall, I called them and they answered with an ambulance right away. I have been very pleased with it.

The company service is great and they give me more confidence about standing by myself. I haven't had a reason to use it yet, but I know that if I ever do, they will come in and help me. So far so god. I had two days where I accidentally set it off, and they were there in no time at all. If I had needed actual help, they would have been here right away. I wear the wristband since that was better for me, the necklace goes off accidentally, especially if I slept on it. I'm a tummy sleeper you see, so wearing the bracelet is better when I sleep. Other than that, I guess the thing is a little costly, but it's worth it.

The minute I press the button, even if it's a mistake, they're on the phone in a second. I recently fell and fractured my arm, so I pressed the button, they called me, and help was there in 5 minutes. On the occasions when it was a mistake they were very kind and nice. I've had no problems with them.

When I go about the house it's normal for me to have it and I feel very comfortable with it. One time I used it in the early morning and once I pressed the button the people responded fast. I couldn't talk very much but they knew I was in trouble and they dispatched really quick.

I wear it all the time and while I hope I don't have to use it very often, I occasionally do. Customer service is very adept and check into things if something happens. They're on it all the time, they've been very good at calling me back and checking on me to make sure I'm okay. A lot of times I call them before I realize that I've done it, that happened recently. They called and were very helpful and kind, they wanted to help and make sure that I knew what I was and wasn't doing and what I shouldn't do as well. I can't complain.

I needed help and that was the best value I could afford. I didn't really need it during the day and I used it mostly at night. I've used it a couple of times. I fell one time and I couldn't get up, so they came in a got me back up. They were very well mannered, prompt, and very caring. They asked question and answered mine. I was pleased. I feel much better knowing that I have help at my fingertips if I need it.

On a typical day I make sure that I have it on, either the watch or the necklace. I also make sure that it is charged. I made a mistake with the device one time though. On a Sunday before I went to church I was wearing my necklace. I must have hit something and set it off, but I had never used it at that point so I thought it was my cellphone. I turned it off and went into the church and they came to see. I was really shocked when I realized that and I corrected it of course. I shortened the cord on the necklace and haven't had an issue since then. I haven't really used it. I did test it and called customer service, they were really good. They did charge me an extra 10 dollars for the necklace...but I don't mind as long as they keep me safe. I feel much better having it.

Fortunately I haven't had an emergency, but it's a comfort thing to know that it's there if I need it. I am here mostly alone but I have confidence knowing that if I need help, especially if I have fallen or something, I have them there. Every time I have to deal with someone is a pleasant experience. There's live people at the other end of the phone which is great to know that there's somebody actually there too hear my complains and act on it.

We got it after my daughter checked it out earlier and said they had a better response than other companies. I use the device every day when I'm home. Though sometimes the device's line gets unscrewed and it falls off, but as long as I keep it screwed tight it does pretty good.

I chose Medical Alert because I liked the idea of being able to contact them immediately and being tracked by satellite. On a regular day, I put my button on my belt and I travel wherever I need to travel. Customer support always seems knowledgeable and everything has been fine with them. I haven't had any problems since I bought it. I just use the bracelet all the time, day and night. I did have to replace the bracelet at one point and I was surprised there was a charge for that, but in the end it was replaced so I guess now it's okay. One thing I wish is that they had different choices for the neck piece to be put on.

I got medical alert because I have Muscular Dystrophy and I am always falling out of my chair. I try to always have a telephone with me but there are always those times when I forget and I am not able to get up and move as well as I used to be able to, so I have that added protection now.

Medical Alert came into my life ever since my husband passed away and my family decided if I was gonna live alone, I had to add something for my own safety. Their representatives are very nice on the phone whenever I accidentally hit it. However, I had a bad experience with a representative; a lady called and wanted me to have insurance on it, I said I didn't need it. I was very upset about that, but she took those 120 dollars out of my account.

Every time I've spoke to a representative they've been very thorough and have given me the information I needed. If I press the button by accident, they call immediately and check on me. A friend had it and its GPS service convinced me that I should have it because I do a lot of running into town and my roads are about 14 miles in open fields.

My daughter went through several inquiries to try and figure out the one that would be best for us. I always put it on as soon as I wake and get out of the bed, I wear it in the shower in the morning and I wear it all day long and take it off when I go to bed. Once I fell, but my daughter and son were here. They pressed the button and the paramedics came and took me to the hospital and it ended well.

I have received good service every time I called. My mother in law fell about 6 weeks ago. It's my understanding the alert activated the call to 911. I think she may have been confused when she fell. She was also home alone.They did have an issue getting a pendant replaced. It took weeks and required repeated calls by my father in law.

They have proven to be prompt to reply when my unit is activated. I have had a couple of times when it registered a fall but I had dropped the unit as I was putting it on in the morning, I charge the unit every evening while I am sleepig. I feel protected in case of my falling and unable to get up, Both of the pendants' cords keep loosening and not holding the length I want. My wrist band's Velcro wore out and I can no longer wear it. Sometimes it's hard to get through to a person on the phone. Half the time that person acts like they could care less about your issue. The last time I called the girl said that she was going to replace our unit. Ours wasn't working at all. She said she would send one out. She started to and the call but I asked her when the unit was gonna be sent out she said the next day. I asked when it was going to be received because she was still turned on the call and she said oh that will be next Thursday. I was calling on Friday. I explained to her that there was no way that we could be without a unit for an entire week I explained that I needed the unit overnighted. She did it. It was just frustrating because if I had not stopped if I had not asked questions it would've been an entire week before I received what I needed. I did not feel that she cared and I felt like I was annoying her.

I think Medical Alert's customer service is good. Sometimes it takes a while for them to come online when the alarm goes off, but they're very good with asking questions and making sure you're okay after that. So far, I liked using it. One thing I don't like is that sometimes it goes off when I don't want it to go off. Besides that, I do have to say that the cost went down. I appreciate that.

Our system went off one time, and the police and EMT broke into my house because nobody answered. I was in a hotel at that time, and they tracked me down to there. They did a great job tracking me down and calling all the numbers I provided. Plus, they nailed everything back into place, and did a great job with that as well. I'm just very pleased with it, and very happy that I have it. The people who answer the phone are very polite and very knowledgeable. I called for help once while I was away from home, and they still called my husband, just to let him know what had happened.

Before going with Medical Alert, I paid $60 for the same service, so this one is cheaper. Plus, the representatives were very good. I love using it! I fell one time, and they sent the paramedics right away as soon as I pressed the button. In my opinion, anybody that's over 60 years old should have it, just in case they fall and can't get up.

This saved me the 3 times I've fallen! I have an improved pendant that detects a fall immediately, and it's been outstanding. They come when you need them, and I just like the equipment. Medical Alert has always been there for me.
