They've been very responsive to my call and seem to know what they're talking about. It's small and not getting in the way. You have the choice of the wrist or around your neck or on your clothing. It's just easy to wear and use.

I've had to use it twice and they've come within ten minutes. Both times they were excellent, the ambulance, the whole thing. I wear the wrist one but I think I'd much rather have the one that hangs on my neck. They've been right there when I needed them and even when I wanted to check it. They are very kind and excellent.

I did use it on several occasions and I was very pleased. I had the ambulance that came. They took me to the hospital. They were very good. They were right on the ball. They'd come immediately. They're very pleasant and they do everything to help you. I had a broken piece and they sent me new ones with no problem.

They are always fast to respond, fast to send help over. When I was at work they would call me to tell me that my husband fell and that they were sending an ambulance to my house and then they would call the paramedics to find out my husband's status and let me know.

I had a severe attack and told them that I needed an ambulance, and they got one to me within 7 minutes. It usually takes at least 30 when I call 911. I had a problem with one of my pendants, but they called me to let me know they were monitoring something wrong with it and they sent me a new one right away.

You push the button, and they call to ask if you are okay. As soon as they know you're not okay, they send someone to you right away. I tested it once and they were at my door within five minutes. I like how they treat their customers so well.

They are much cheaper than what I have found elsewhere. I love that they're so prompt and a nice company to be with. I love the device because I can either carry it in my pocket, on my wrist, or around my neck. It's very handy. When I push my buttons, they respond very quickly.

Every time I call with a question, I always get an acceptable reply. I have found that the chain around my neck is a little but too long. The button with swing and call because of it. I went on a walk once and when I came back I found fire trucks outside of my house because it had called them and I couldn't answer the phone.

They have contacted me on several occasions to see if it's working. I think the necklace needs some improvement, I have trouble trying to undo it. I recently got the fall detection one, but I have not used it a whole lot because they told me not to wear it at night when I am sleeping.

I've found it very useful. One time I fell in my garage and hit the back of my head and it was very good that I had the medical alert with me so I could call someone. The device has never failed me, every time I've fallen. It is expensive but worth what I pay.

I needed some type of system that could help me in case of fall or injury because I live alone. They have been able to answer all my questions that I've had and to assist me to any way that I needed. When I went out of town recently, I didn't know if I should take the entire equipment with me not, but I took it with me and during the process, I lost it. Customer Service was so good and they were able to tell me exactly where it was. I hadn't lost it, but left it in my car. With the info that they have they can get your family aware of what's going on with you.

I'm not nervous now, I feel safe with it. I'm in the house by myself so I wear it all the time. I wear it outside around the yard and in my home. I have one that I wear at night and another to wear during the day. I'm afraid of falling so I have it, and wear it all the time. I feel secure with it.

We knew we needed the protection and it's a dependable system and company. I have set it off by accident twice and my husband and I were very pleased that medical alert alerted our son within a few minutes that something was wrong. I sleep with it during the night. I find it the device very heavy around my neck.

I use Medical Alert every day when I'm here at home. I don't use it out on the street or on the subway because it doesn't work anywhere else but at home. Their customer service is always checking to make sure it properly works and sometimes I make mistakes with it, but they help me correct that.

I needed this in case of an emergency when I needed to get in touch with someone if I had a problem. One time I had to use it when I passed out. I was able to punch the button, then I passed out again. They responded right away and got me help.

I've had this product for quite a few years. I was out in the hall one time, and had an accident. I fell out of my electric chair and nobody heard me. I pulled out my medical alert device, and that's the only way I got help because nobody heard me and I was all alone. I have no problems with their customer service or product.

Their medical alert device is very good. The first time I used it, my husband called and they were able to tell where we were located. They had an ambulance at our house in fifteen minutes, and they got me to the emergency room. I'm diabetic and sometimes need to be taken into the emergency room if my blood sugar levels are low.

I like the system, but it's a little too sensitive. I put it on the other day, and all of a sudden everything went off and they were asking me if I needed an ambulance. Now I'm very careful when I take it off or put it down because I don't want to alert anyone.

I haven't had any issues with my device. I'm very pleased with it, and I no longer feel anxious at night like before. Any time it goes off, even in an emergency, they get back to me really quickly. The only criticism I have is it goes off even when I'm laying it down somewhere or when I go to bed during the night.

My husband wanted it, it's the cheapest out there, so he got it. I haven't had to use it yet, but it gives me peace of mind. The device is good; I can get in the shower with it. A couple of weeks ago I was in the porch when I leaned against the necklace. It went off without me realizing it and they came out quickly to make sure I was alright.

My balance isn't very good; I have to use a walker since I fall a lot. So, after my husband passed away, my niece got this for me. A lot of times the alert goes off on its own, it's very sensitive. I have had to use it when I fell in my bedroom after taking a shower. I broke my shoulder and cut my leg badly but they helped. This is good for anybody that lives alone.

I got it after I had a heart attack. It has gone off a couple of times and they are always quick an efficient. When I dropped it, they did what they were supposed to do and called right away to check if I needed help. The price for it is very reasonable. I'm hoping I never have to use it but you never know when something might happen.

My daughter helped me decide on a medical alert system and we went for them. I wear it around my neck but I've only used it when I set it off accidentally. I had to respond and tell them that it had just been an accident. Still, whenever I call they are easy to deal with. So far I'm pleased with it.

One time my husband fell and broke his hip. He was in the room for a while before someone got to help him. After that I decided to get it. I had to use the bracelet once when I broke my knee. They were very responsive and came to get me. There is a little time between me pressing the button and a response from them though.

I'm going to be 85 next month and I have some health issues, so we just felt like having Medical Alert would be a good thing. My one concern is with the necklace device. It's very sensitive and it keeps going off when I don't need it. I usually wear it 24 hours a day but it has been going off too much.

I got it because it can be used anywhere in the country as long as you take your monitor with you. They've been pretty good so far. I have both the wristband and the necklace, so I can wear any of them if I want to. I've only ever used it by mistake. One day I was out when I leaned against something and apparently I pushed the necklace's button by mistake. The life squad came out right away, but I was alright. It costs me about $120 every 3 months but it's worth every penny.

My wife and I are old enough that we're beginning to worry about falling and such. We trip easily and my wife has actually fallen and broken her neck, so we decided to get it. We've had it for about 4 months and we wear the buttons 24 hours a day. The button is very sensitive but I'm really happy about that. They're really good about getting to us if we have an emergency or even if the alarm goes off on its own. I've turned on the main machine before and they still called to make sure we were alright.

I got it because I had heard that they were the best. I think it's great and I know it works. You just barely have to touch it for it to go off. I'm forever on the phone apologizing for setting it off though. I'm waiting to get my new unit and renew my service. I haven't received the bill for that yet.

My daughter picked it for me. I mostly have it so her and my kids in general will have peace of mind. Otherwise they wouldn't let me live alone. I've never used it on purpose, only by accident. That's mostly because the one that goes around your neck is very temperamental and goes off too easily. They always respond right away when that happens though and they're very polite and nice.

When they gave it to us they gave us the option of having the pendant or the watch. Since I felt I needed the watch more they sent me that. It's all reasonably priced. I have not had to user it but I have accidentally hit it twice. Both times they did everything they said they would do.

I've even shown my granddaughter how to use it. She knows that if something happens to me, she can push the button to help me. I really appreciate having it.

They were the only ones that I had heard of, so I got it. The device is comfortable. It's slimmer than the one I had before and not quite as chunky. I can just tuck it in my bra if I want to. I know that it works and that there's going to be somewhere there if anything happens.

I had taken a fall and broken my arm. When that happened my husband decided it was time to get some kind of protection for me. I wear the locket whenever I take a shower or if my husband is not around. I haven't had any problems so far and it's very convenient.

I saw it advertised on TV and decided to call them for no special reason. In the end I decided to get the one they had. So far I haven't used it every day. I just wear it hoping that I don't actually need to push the button. Still, it makes me feel safer to have it. I'm glad that I got it.

I had broken my hip and had surgery for that. After I fell again I decided to go ahead and get it. I wear it all the time, even when I go out. Everyone in customer service seems to be so caring and helpful. I'm very impressed by them. It's very comforting to have it all the time with me wherever I go.
