When I ask for my location, they can't give it to me. They say someone will call back and then they never ever call back. The device seems to be okay, but the customer service is sorely lacking.

They are always fast to respond, fast to send help over. When I was at work they would call me to tell me that my husband fell and that they were sending an ambulance to my house and then they would call the paramedics to find out my husband's status and let me know.

They cannot keep up accurately with their business contacts with customers. I've been told that we do not owe anything and in a month they are calling back to collect funds we do not owe.

My mother is currently on Hospice. Hospice suggested that we set my mom up with a Medical Alert system. They are actually referring people to Medical Alert. We ordered the unit that does not require a landline. We received the unit, hooked it up, and then tried testing the unit...it did not work. We called and spoke to a technician and they said we must have a defective unit. They sent out a replacement. Same thing happened with the 2nd unit...it did not work. I then was told that it might be best to have a landline installed and then order the landline Medical Alert unit, which I did. We received the landline unit and once again, the unit did not work. Between the 2nd and 3rd unit sent to us, my mom fell in the home. Thank goodness I was there and she was not home alone. I have now decided to go with a different company and hopefully their service will be able to provide us the protection and peace of mind that Medical Alert was unable to do. I would not suggest ordering Medical Alert. And I am going to suggest to Hospice that they stop referring patients to Medical Alert.

The only problem I had is the neck thing it kinda irritates. They've been very good with me when it goes off accidentally. They treated me pretty good.

I do not like the look of their necklace and the alarm that we have to wear is inconvenient and uncomfortable. When I accidentally hit the button, they call immediately.

It's gone off buy itself sometimes, but other times when we've had to use it they've sent ambulances and alerted the family members. If they don't get a hold of her, they contact other family members to make sure she's ok.

I accidentally dropped it without realizing and stepped on it and set it off and the phone rang almost immediately and they called to make sure I was ok. I feel more secure with it.

When I fell, it went off and worked. I had to call and tell them I lost my pendant, and they tried to up sell me on an in advanced feature, but I said no and I never got the replacement.

I had a severe attack and told them that I needed an ambulance, and they got one to me within 7 minutes. It usually takes at least 30 when I call 911. I had a problem with one of my pendants, but they called me to let me know they were monitoring something wrong with it and they sent me a new one right away.

You push the button, and they call to ask if you are okay. As soon as they know you're not okay, they send someone to you right away. I tested it once and they were at my door within five minutes. I like how they treat their customers so well.
