i have called 2 times to cancel but they are taken $44.00 out of my checking account i pick up Medical help because it was less, i sent back items you told me to in July by usps the warehouse said they did not get oit you are taken $44.00 out of my checking accouint for some think i do not have what i sould i do now?

I'm so glad I had this when I fell in the kitchen. I'm eighty-one years old and I couldn't get up, but I had the medical alert hanging on my neck so I punched the button and right away they called my daughter and my son in law. They came and helped me.. I think it's a good support system, they answered right away when I needed them. I needed some type of system that could help me in case of fall or injury because I live alone. They have been able to answer all my questions that I've had and to assist me to any way that I needed. When I went out of town recently, I didn't know if I should take the entire equipment with me not, but I took it with me and during the process, I lost it. Customer Service was so good and they were able to tell me exactly where it was. I hadn't lost it, but left it in my car. With the info that they have they can get your family aware of what's going on with you.

I had an experience when the button was pushed accidentally and the EMT's came to my house. I was embarrassed, but glad they responded so fast. The EMT's told me not to worry about it, cause it happens all the time. When the button is pushed there is someone under your call and they'll take care of you. I'm on a fixed budget, retired and live by myself but this is very important to have even though it's kind of expensive.

This gives us comfort that we have something to push in case we have an emergency. My wife has it on all the time, she wears around her neck and the button is easy to use. When its goes off for any reason or accidentally we get called right away and they are on top of it. Its like any other insurance policy you want to own it but you don't want to use it.

It meets my budget, and I can afford it. The staff is nice and patient, they aren't in a hurry and will talk and laugh with me. This device can detect any kind of fall. When I accidentally dropped my device they immediately checked on me, asking, "are you alright, are you okay?" I love that it makes me feel secure and that you are watching out for me.

We haven't had to use it yet but my wife has Alzheimer's and we take her out walking, and she is not really steady on her feet so, we have the fall alert and we take the base station with it so if we had to call in we could. The response when I call in is excellent and they were very courteous in getting it set up. They have been understanding and nice when I had some problems and had a few accidents, they didn't make me feel like I was not very bright when I kept having a problem. They helped me straighten it out and I appreciated their attitude. We are confident if we need it for a real emergency it will work and they will be there for us.

I use it in the shower. It's a very sensitive piece of equipment, and I'm very pleased with it. Anytime I have accidentally dropped it, the alarm immediately goes off and someone calls to check up. I feel safe having it.

My husband and I both wear the necklaces. He is not able to walk, so it gives him confidence. It's something that can be worn underneath clothing or on top. My husband can easily press it with his bad texterity in his fingers. I like their courteous people that answer the phone, they have a very quick response. I like their promptness in how they answer. It's perfect.

I usually put it on when my husband plays golf and I'm here alone. I'm a disabled person and a medical alert is good for me. This is a really good idea for people when they get older and have a tendency to slip. I like the wristband better than the pendant. The pendant gets in the way but you don't even know you have the wristband on. When I had a problem with the monitor, they easily sent me a new one. I like the security of having this.

I'm a disabled person and I need a Medical Alert. The only time I really use it is if I fall down or something or get really sick. They are good company, I checked in every month for testing.

I use the bracelet at all times or I wear it around my neck and use it when I go out. Customer support is pretty good. I use to have the one that worked up to 200 yards but I upgraded and now have the device that works at 400 yards. This one is too sensitive.

They respond even when I push the button by accident, they responded right away, it has just been great. The people I have talked to on the phone are very pleasant, helpful and understand what I'm talking about. They did a good job explaining my GPS and how it works. I feel very secure and that's my main goal. With this device I have access to the police, medical and the fire department. so I'm very pleased with it.

I am away from the home just about everyday of the week, I take it with me all the time, occasionally I forget. It's a good device for a senior citizen living alone. I'm not too found of the idea that you have to take this battery pack with you when you want to ever go outside or away from the home. I am always away from the home, so frequently that I have to remember to take it with me all the time and I have forgotten that on occasions. So I'm not thrilled about that

It is well worth the investment. I have had it for a couple of years and I'm happy with it. I wear it during the day after I get up and when I go out at night, I always carry a medical alert with me in case anything ever happens, I have somebody with me all the time. It's like having a constant companion. When I accidentally pushed the button one time they called me right up to talk to me. The company and service is excellent.

A year ago I fell, it was a wakeup call for me and I knew it was time to get a medical alert system. They sent me a new one just recently that that I don't even have to touch the button if I need them. It alerts them if you are having a heart problem or if I fall. It just knows I'm having a problem. It's a little expensive for a senior citizen on a limited income.
