Constant issues. It takes far too long for an operator to respond to a button activation, and sometimes there is no response at all. Power outages cause large problems with the base. Customer service is lacking. I will soon be cancelling my subscription and using a competitor's product.

Because when I initially started with your company for my aunt I specifically asked for the monitor that she could communicate via the device in case of falls and for all of this time come to find out she didn't have that model, we are very disappointed

When my mom hit the button accidentally in the shower, their response was incredible. All members listed as emergency contacts were called in succession as were the police. The police arrived before family members to thankfully find my mom safe. I feel very confident and reassured with LifeStation. I will note that, when setting up the service, add the LifeStation phone number to your contacts. You won't need to call them in an emergency, but when they call you, it would be beneficial to have that contact name appear instead of an unfamiliar number.

I haven't had to use it for an emergency. The alarm went off once because I moved the wrong way and someone came on the phone right away to help me, which impressed me a lot. There's nothing I dislike about it, it works.

Any time I have to call for any reason, the people have been nothing but kind and helpful. If I don't understand something, they explain it to me again. Just glad I have the device for my mom, more peace of mind knowing she will have help if I'm not available.

Life Station helped my sisters and brother have peace of mind for my 90 year old father living alone. THEY answered the phone quickly and stayed on the line talking with him three times when he fell until one of us could get to him. HE always talked about "how nice they were" and it made him feel safer too.

Only complaint: I was a long time customer and was never told that I could have a GPS model at a lower cost until I was unable to connect the old bulky, loud box that my mother disliked ! The GPS model is So much better and more budget friendly. I resent spending the extra money for a dated and inferior product ! Thankfully one of your reps told me about it when I called for assistance hooking up the old one. Otherwise my experience has been good for many years.
