The AARP gave them a recommendation and since I liked it I just went with it. I've only had it for a week but I've already tested it and set it off by mistake. It just works fast. Every time I've called they've been quite responsive.

I picked it because of the price. The set up was rather easy to do and they walked me through it. It was pretty quick and painless. We've had to use it one time alread and it very quickly notified everyone about what happened. I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I got it because it met all my needs including the fact that it has the GPS, so it isn't limited to my home. I have had some false alarms and they're very responsive and very quick. They're also very forgiving. The only thing is that the button doesn't really hold its charge well but that's a minor detail.

We are aware that false alarms can happen rather easily. The button is sensitive since it needs to be able to register a fall, but a downside of this is that at times it can go off when there is no need.

I picked it based on the cost and the strong reviews I read. The sales staff was very accommodating and they certainly provide great service. They're committed to that. It's a bit too easy to set the alarm off by just moving around but it certainly works.

There have been many concerns about how the button can be easily set off, but it needs to be sensitive enough to be able to detect a fall.
Unfortunately the side effect of this is that at times it can be activated when you are not in a serious situation.

It makes me feel better knowing that LifeStation is able to tell if my mother has fallen or she can touch the button if she needs help. I don't like that it goes off when she is just sitting still, and the person still calls her contact people and the ambulance even when she follows instructions to press button if she is okay. That they still call her contacts upsets them for no reason. Has happened a few times in last 4-5 months.

Someone recommended it to me, so I got it for my mom. If I had any questions they are very nice when answering them. Whenever my mom presses the alert button they come online right away and reassure her. The response is just immediate. I'm very impressed with them. I think it's a good product.

Basically, I needed the service for my father. I think they were the same company that I had gotten for my mom, and since it had been so beneficial I got it for my dad too. Customer support has been helpful, they explained everything to me clearly. I've had no issues with them. During the couple of times that I tested the service I thought that it took a little too long for someone to respond. I would've liked it if the response came on a bit more quickly.

My girlfriend was the one that chose it for me. I mainly got it for her peace of mind, though it also gives me some security knowing that it's there. The button appears to be cheap, but I've accidentally set it off and it seems to work. They respond and react after I push the button, especially if they get no response back from me. Though in my first experience testing the equipment it took them several minutes to respond. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it for an emergency.

The service was referred to me by Kaiser. I really haven't had to use it but they have been very responsive when I hit the button on my wrist. I love the fact that I have the lock box on my door. That way emergency personnel can come in when management is not around without having to break down the door.

The lockbox is one of our more underrated extras that we have with our system. It would be very unfortunate to have a fall and press the button only to then have your door knocked down trying to get to you. Having the lockbox avoids that issue entirely and it helps you feel a bit more safe knowing that the people who need it will have proper access to your home.

I checked with other companies and after researching them I decided to go with LifeStation. The device is easy for my sister to use. When we tested it and tried to get a hold of somebody it turned out that we had to change the button and upgrade it. There was a bit of a misunderstanding between whoever was on the other end and us. I don't think they really understood what we wanted done and they ended up sending my sister the button instead of sending it to me first. What happened after that was that my sister put on the new necklace on without realizing that it hadn't been activated. If I hadn't talked to her after she got it, it wouldn't have worked if she had needed to use it. I think there should be better communication between the people that do the upgrades and take care of the paperwork.

I wanted to have something that my husband could have in case he needed help. He wore the bracelet part, but when we actually needed them they didn't respond. I pressed the button because he had fallen and they never called or anything. I ended up calling 911 for help myself. I thought it was all supposed to be a quick response but they didn't even call. They did text a couple of people, but that was not what we needed. I wasn't really happy with that. The button had worked once before when we pressed it by mistake. I hit it and they called immediately. It was just that when it was really necessary, they didn't call.

My daughter did the research on it and this one seemed to be the best way for us to go. I haven't used it for that long, but I do wear it. The necklace is light and it doesn't really feel like I've got something hanging around my neck. They answered pretty promptly when I ran my test.

I think I saw the ad in a magazine and decided to get it because of that. They've always responded whenever I test it to make sure that it works. I've actually done that from the basement to see if we had any issues with the range and it seemed ok. Other than that, we've never had to use it. It is expensive for what it is though.

We looked into it some time ago and the price was one of the things that made us settle on it. Service in general was important too so we considered that as well. The only issue I have with the equipment is that the base thing doesn't speak loud enough when it starts saying 'emergency.' I want to have a different one that speaks louder since this one doesn't seem fit enough for that. I've had a lot of false alarms but they always respond promptly. They got that just right.

I think Kaiser gave me some information about them and, since I trust them and everything they do is ok by me, I went and checked it out. Customer service is great. I ran into one little problem once, but they were very courteous and helpful with that. My only complaint right now is with the device. I thought that the button would attach right to the wristbands but that just doesn't work. I've actually given up on that and just keep the button in the bathroom by the shower. I have been very fortunate in that I haven't really needed it, but I thought the wristband would be better.

My brother had a bad carotid artery and died from it when he was only 45. Since I needed to have some help I got LifeStation. I feel more confident having it while being away from people. My children were the ones that looked at some of them and they decided that this one would be the most useful one for me. I've never had to use it. I accidentally smashed it one time in the years that I've used it. Still, they've always been nice when I call to test it. I think they would be useful if I ever need it. The only concern I have is that if I was way from the main station I don't think I'd be able to communicate with them if I needed to. I know that if I'm next to it I can use it to talk to them with it, but I don't know if I can use the arm band for that too. I've accepted it as something that I need and it gives my children consolation that I wear it

My daughter got it for me after I had been in a coma for 8 or 9 days. Customer service comes in when I press the button and make sure that everything is ok. They are very polite and courteous and they are a big help. It's all worth the money.
