It's for my dad, and he typically wears it on his wrist. Whenever we've tested it, or if he accidentally sets it off, we always get a quick response and get taken care of. They answered all the questions we had and, when we needed an update, they gave me all the information that we needed. We've had no problems, and the device is easy enough for my dad to use, but not too sensitive as to have a lot of false triggers.

I needed it for my mother in law, and I liked everything they had to offer. She keeps the necklace around her neck all the time, except for when she's asleep that is. She has used it some two or three times, and it works beautifully. All she has to do is press the button. They have been quite efficient and fast in their reaction time. I'm impressed with the low cost, it has helped us greatly, especially because she is on a fixed budget. It has been better than what my grandmother used to have some years ago.

My father has used it several times. He has mobility issues and his legs have gone out under him. Recently he fell and had a stroke, so he used the service to get an ambulance to his apartment. The device is easy to operate, and my dad wears the neck type device all the time. He hasn't had any problems. Every call has been answered promptly, even when we do checks once a month. Even when we felt like we were bugging customer service, they were very nice and helpful. LifeStation is a very reputable company, and I can't say enough to thank them about his life alert system.

I needed some protection after all the illnesses that I had. I figured that having the one that you can wear all the time and that travels with you would be best. Especially if it was something that could reach out behind the house itself. While I haven't had an emergency where I need to use it, I take it with me anywhere so I can dial up 911 if I have to. I got it for my in-laws after researching online. The issue we have is that we can't get them to actually use it that much. We were able to get it set up and called them to see if we got a response, which we did. They seem to be very prompt and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. The device is sensitive enough to record and report all kinds of issues. It provides a bit of comfort in regards to the security and safety of the user.

Still, from our interactions with customer service through the purchasing process, everything seemed fine and they gave us the information we needed. The device seems to work as it was promoted. My mother's life is invaluable and because of that I appreciate the service, it's a good thing for elderly people and those with disabilities whose family members are not around to assist them.

After I fell and broke my ribs, my daughter said that I needed it so she got it for me. I have not had any emergency or reason to use it, but I have set it off a number of times. They were always very courteous and when I tell them I'm sorry and explain the situation they've been very nice about it. I have seen some of my neighbors and people that live in my senior housing area and know that they've used the service already and they always help them out. Customer service has always answered promptly and given me answers to any questions I might have. My only concern is that it's fine here in my apartment but it doesn't cover the area outside of it and a lot of accidents could happen then.

We picked LifeStation because of the quality of its service and the price. It was the right thing for my elderly mother and it gave us peace of mind. We've had several emergencies and accidents, but the people are always very friendly and take care of everything. My dad is 90 years old and he wears his necklace all the time. The main machine is in the middle of the house, and we have an extra button that we put in the bathroom in case my he falls. He's pretty much covered wherever he goes and it makes us feel very safe. Even when the battery is running down, we get a message abut it. It works perfect.

Before I got the device, I had fallen down in our backyard and couldn't get up. My husband was in the house, and it took me a while to get his attention. After that we decided it would be best to get something like LifeStation. They were really nice when we called them to discuss their offers, the cost, and everything else, so we decided to go with them. We've tested it a few times, but we haven't had the need to use it for an emergency. Still, every time we do testing, they call us to make sure everything is ok. I know they are watching after us and check right away, I appreciate that. We feel more comfortable having it around.

We got it for my mother since she is in her 80s. She had fallen and laid in the driveway for a while until someone found her, that was when we decided she needed it. She hasn't had more accidents after that, but it's always there in case she needs it. I've called them about 4 times and I never had any problems, they answered everything and things went ok. It's great because I'm not there all the time, so she can rely on it to contact other relatives for help.

My mother has used it when she fell at her house. She pushed the button and the emergency crew was there immediately. They check up with you and make sure that everything is working fine. If you push the button and you need them, they're right there. The device is easy to use, the necklace is very convenient, and she can wear it just fine. It has made me feel comfortable with my parents being home alone. I know that they have access to help any time.

My husband did a lot of research and LifeStation seemed to be the best for what we needed. It's pretty easy for my father in law to use it, and he keeps it with him. One time he got really ill and had to use the device to call us. They were able to send out an ambulance and my sister in law was called about it. It all went the way it was supposed to. They seem to be very coordinated and knew what they were doing.

LifeStation saved my life once. I dislocated my hip in my bathroom, and both my cellphone and land line were out f reach. I couldn't move at all, it was really painful, so I pressed the thing on my wrist and they called me. Even though my television was on, I heard them calling and they were able to hear me too. If I hadn't had that thing, I would literally have died of starvation. I would've been on the bathroom floor for 4-5 days and no one would've been able to hear me. It's a lifesaver. The only problem I ever had with them was after I moved into a different apartment. I had to reset it and I tried to do it over the phone. I called them twice, both times taking 40 minutes without solving the issue. A computer expert came by and he fixed that in 10 seconds. Other than that, it has been a blessing.

It's affordable. I've tested it every month and they haven't failed me. I have tried everything they gave me, the whole unit, the necklace and the bracelet. I have an aneurysm growing in my belly, and it's there in case this thing decided something that's not supposed to. The only thing is that it takes a little bit of time when they get there but as soon as they do, the first thing they do is call for you. I just feel safer and I'm pleased with it.

I came across an advertisement, and I like that you could get the equipment for free, just pay a monthly fee and that I could cancel at anytime. One day I fell and I couldn't get up nor get to the door, Life Station spoke to me through the machine and asked me if I was in trouble, I said yes, and they were here within 10 minutes. Their customer support has been fantastic, they've been kind and very respectful. Me and my children are very happy to have it.

Monthly testing by Mom builds confidence in use. One mistaken, unrealized press of button while placing around her neck, combined with not placing her hearing aids beforehand, resulted in immediate process initiation, including me as third contact. By the time I was called, the response was at Mom's door. Mother was embarrassed, but totally realized how expeditiously she will be cared for, should her actual emergency call for help, be needed.

Most of the time, the devices are on the charger, but when I shower or go out, I wear it and feel very secure with it. I've hit it by accident, and they're very prompt at calling me to see if I'm alright, so I really like that feature. Plus, the GPS is great because I go out of state frequently. I only spoke to somebody when I received the device, and they were all very good at explaining the devices to me, so I feel very good about it. Their attitude and responses make me feel very safe.

All of their people are very polite, and seem to be caring for me. They always made sure if I was alright when the alarm went off, or even if I just tested the device. Unfortunately, I'm out of work right now, so I had to cut a few corners and get rid of the system, but it wasn't working well anyway. The GPS device would go off when it was sitting still on the table, so something from the software was wrong. I returned the system back to LifeStation, but I will probably go back to them soon; it's a very convenient service, and I like the GPS feature.

Everything about LifeStation has been very good so far. I like the fact that they can contact multiple people if something happens to my mom, the person that wears it. We got the device in a timely manner, and It was sent over to my house, and I drove over to my mother's place to take care of the installation for her. The company we had before was just not good, but the Life Station's customer service has been nothing but top shelf stuff. It's been fantastic!

From what I've experiences, it's quick to answer and I like that it works though I dislike the size. I am always setting it off because I can't wear it around my neck because it is too heavy, so I keep it in my back pocket. It also is a bit expensive.

They've been very courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. I like that they respond quickly and promptly. The fall detection does work 100 percent of the time but when they call it comes up as a toll free number and that is the only negative thing.

It's been great. The quality is excellent. When I had a fire at my house, they were able to help me tremendously. I don't like having to charge it, even in the middle of night and it is a little bit expensive but I think my life is worth it. They are very trustworthy and I feel safe and secure.

When I tested it I got, I've got a quick response I had to tell them that it was a false. Customer support was good because they were knowledgeable and I was able to get a hold of them very quickly without going through voice automation and being left with a busy signal. I think the quality of the device is very good.

I've had to use it several times. That's how I've gotten EMS to the house for my father. They are pretty efficient when we call and when we need help. Lately it hasn't been quite as efficient as it was when we first started with it but they are pretty good. I like the fact that we can get some help immediately if my dad gets in trouble and he can get some help and I like the fact that there's more than one person that can be contacted if he sets of the alarm.

They've been always been able to help with what we need. They've been very helpful. Sometimes the device goes off by accident. There has been times when my mom's been in trouble that instead of using the phone to call them, it was quite helpful for an an emergency somewhere in between.

Life Station helped my sisters and brother have peace of mind for my 90 year old father living alone. THEY answered the phone quickly and stayed on the line talking with him three times when he fell until one of us could get to him. HE always talked about "how nice they were" and it made him feel safer too.

There are other companies that are cheaper, I think, but I feel safe with it and I love the fact that it has GPS. Anytime I have set off the alarm, whether it is was a false alarm or not, they respond quickly and are very understanding. The thing I don't like about it is the piece around your neck is a bit too big and heavy.

I like the fact that it is very portable but I don't like the fact that in the short time, I have had three units malfunction. However, customer service has replaced them each time. One time they couldn't hear me so they accidentally called the emergency people before they called my cell to confirm. We used it a couple of times and it worked really well. Someone was here in a matter of minutes. Any time I had a problem with the machine, I called them and they walked me through and sent a rep out and we got it all set up again. We used the device twice and the emergency squad was at the house within six minutes or so. It was really good.

I've only had to use it a couple of times and it wasn't anything really big but the response was there. The knowledge is there. I had it in my pocket and it must has pushed the button accidentally somehow and the person on the other end was talking to me and I had to find it. It was just by mistake but it was prompt service.

The customer service always quick to call back and alerts me if I'm not there and text me. I wish it had a flashing light because my parents are hard of hearing and my mom fell once and had to press the button and my dad didn't know because he couldn't hear it. We try to regularly test it and everybody is very nice.

They answer every time and are very very courteous and seem genuinely concerned in instances of emergencies. It goes off easily when it's accidentally pushed. We test it several times through the month just to make sure it works right and we haven't had any problems.
