They're so responsive when I call the customer service number. They answer all my questions. I think they're just outstanding as far as their services are concerned. It works so well. Everything went so seamlessly from my first call to equipment retrieval, to equipment set up. It was just fantastic. When we first got the unit, there was a problem with the device. They very clearly talked through the situation with me and within 48 hours we had another device on hand. There was no finger pointing. They acknowledged it right away that it was equipment malfunction, apologized, and took care of it. It's so simple as a single butotn.

They have been there when I call when I push that button, someone gets on there and asks me what's going on and sends me help. When you're at my age and you fall, you need that instant help. They are always there when I need them and it doesn't take very long for them to answer my call for help. Sometimes it to a little long time ringing but I know they have a lot of calls coming in. I really like the company. They've been good for me, it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can reach out to somebody.

I only pressed the button one time and that was an accident. The response was immediate and I haven't done any of the test calls, but I was totally happy with it assuming that it would, they would be there if I need them. The device doesn't bother me, it's just there, it doesn't get in the way. I think it's kind of a nice secure feeling to know that if I need help it's at the push of a button.

They just don't send the ambulance. They talk to you to find out what your problem is and the medical team already knows what they're dealing with when they get there. It's easy to put around your neck. It's easy to carry, it's not a lot of weight and I wear it whenever I get up at night. It's small. It's convenient. It works. It's nice I could inform my children, since they don't live in the same state I do, they got a text message I think and they know what's going on and where I'm going and what hospital and everything.

I got this for my mom so that she can go wherever she wants to and it will work. She can be in the store or traveling and it will work. Every time we have called with questions or needed help, they've been very polite and helpful. They test the unit and let us know that everything is working fine. This company is competitively priced compared to a lot of the other ones which are too expensive.

I chose LifeStation because they're local. They have somebody specifically for my grandmother's safety. They're are not like a department store or generic safety stuff. That made me feel more comfortable making that choice and any questions I've had with LifeStation they've been very transparent on their answers. The customer service has been very supportive and they've been very knowledgeable in their answers. They don't give you the run around, they've always treated me with respect and been very professional and courteous on the phone.

Whenever I do my monthly check, they are very prompt with getting back to me as far as what's going on. I didn't want something around my neck because I feel like it's jewelry, but the wrist alert really isn't that noticeable to people. And, if it is, it looks like a lot of athletic things people use when they're jogging. I like it because it's subdued. They provide everything they say they are going to and go out of their way to give you courteous service.

I haven't had to use it for an emergency but at least I know that if I have an emergency you know it'll be there for me. It's just good for people like myself who are partially deaf and can't hear the other kind of devices. It's good because I can wear it if I'm outside, if I'm going some place, working some place it's got the GPS on it so that's important.

I live in a different city than my mom, which is why we settled on LifeStation. Every time I call them for a question or anything, they're always very pleasant and friendly. Even when my mother accidentally rolls over it in her sleep and sets off the alarm, they're pleasant and helpful. She's never had a problem with it. When the battery got low, they sent her a whole new device. We have no complaints, and only good experiences.

They seemed to offer all the things that I wanted for a lot less compared to the other brands. They are always able to answer any question that I have. I never have to wait or get a callback. I have the bracelet and I like it but for a person with really small arms, it doesn't have enough holes. I also have no idea how to put together the network thing. The instructions were just unclear.

I looked for different companies and found out that my own health insurance company was hooked up with Life Station. That was the main factor in my decision because it got me the service for a lesser cost. The few times I've talked to them it has been good. Every once in a while they also call me to check on me. I really appreciate that. The device is a little hard to take care of. It's a little annoying sometimes because it's not easy to wear with some clothing. Still, I'm very pleased with it.

I got it through my insurance company. After getting it, I found out that I can use it anywhere I need it in the United States, it's not just limited to a certain area. I haven't had any problems with it so far but it's kind of heavy to wear around my neck. I do feel safer when I'm wearing it though. If I walk away in the morning without putting it on I feel like I'm not completely dressed. I always need to go back and put the necklace on.

I got it for my mom because of the reviews it had online and the cost of it. At first I had some issues with where they placed the unit but it all ended up working well. I feel like I'm always able to get the help that I need from them. My mom had a fall once and she pushed the button for help. They were able to get medical help for her and they also notified me of what had happened. It's all working out well.

My daughter researched it and signed me up with them. I've had it go off accidentally maybe once or twice while I was sleeping and they have called right away whenever that happens. I don't find it to be clumsy or anything of the sort. It does go off on accident every once in a while, but I imagine that's the case with devices like this one. I think it's very reliable and it's nice to know that I have it.

We did a little bit of research and based on the cost-value analysis we did it seemed pretty good. I was very pleased with it. The button is very sensitive and touchy, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it might be a bit too sensitive. We've had a few false alarms but we've been very pleased with the responses we've gotten. They have been very courteous, helpful, and prompt. It's good overall.

The reason why the button is sensitive is because it needs to be able to detect all kinds of falls, where are usually not similar from person to person.

If the device wasn't sensitive, there is a chance that it would miss an actual fall and that would be a huge problem for our customer. Because of this, we would rather it be too sensitive and go off by accident rather than having it not activate when a real fall does occur.

My father in law will not use it and I probably will be returning it, Unfortunately he won't use it other than that practiced and it worked great but we just haven't been able to get my phone and cooperate. They went out of their way and answer my questions and help me get set up give me ideas on how to help with getting my father now to to use the the system.

I'll be 80 soon but I'm still able to live alone and take care of myself for the most part. My daughter discussed this with me and both her and my father felt like it would be a good thing to have when I'm home alone. Since I live on my own, that's very often the case. I use it a lot at home, whenever I go outside to the mailbox, or just to take a walk. I wear the one around my neck since I like it a lot better than the one that goes on my wrist. With it you don't have to have your hands on the phone all the time, the button is just right there for you, all you have to do is push it and they'll be there. I'm just hoping that whenever I need it I'll get great support from them. It relieves my children's worries and makes me feel safer.

My daughter picked it out because of the fall protection. The necklace is easy to hit by mistake, especially when I'm cleaning or leaning. I just forget that I have it on me most of the time. I've done that a lot of times but they're always very nice about it. I've used it maybe 4 times for simple falls too and they've been great about coming out to get me up from the floor. I've never had any injuries. It's a pretty good service considering what we're paying.

I got it mostly to have it as a form of security. I recently lost my husband plus also have balance problems and need to climb a lot of stairs. The wristband was really rough on my wrist so now I just carry it when I go up and down the stairs. That's basically the only time I use it. I don't really know what the range radius of it is and if I can use it outside the house.

I saw an advertisement in the newspaper so I got it. The button works and they are very prompt when I have to push it. I have done that accidentally and they get right back to me within a minute or so. Everyone is very pleasant. I don't really like the cord that holds up the button though, it's ugly. It's also a little pricey but it makes me feel very secure to have it. I'm satisfied with it.

I didn't choose it, my daughter did. She found it online and decided to get it for me. So far I've been very pleased with the people that I've talked to. I love the fact that the button is water proof. It is also very sensitive but I've been pleased with how fast they respond. One time I accidentally pushed it and somebody came on the line immediately.

I just checked a few services and they came up with a good price so I chose them for my mom. I really like that it's not around my mother's neck. Instead she has it on her wrist and she doesn't take it off. The lady I talked to was very nice. She answered all my questions and gave me the answers I was looking for. We picked them because of several reasons. My mom mostly just felt confident that she was speaking to a live person since she doesn't like her calls going to an automated machine. It was also really nice that they had bilingual agents. They can get her someone that speaks Spanish. They have the phone to my mom's doctor now so they can reach out to him if she needs it. All she has to do is push the button and they'll get him for her. It's really nice. They have no hidden agenda or anything of the sort, you get exactly what you see from them and that's it.

They seemed to be the most responsible and reliable company. They were also less expensive than some of the other ones I looked at, so I signed up. Since I've started working with them I've found them to be very helpful. When I do tests every month they are good about answering any questions I have. They take their time to talk with me. What I don't like is that you have to recharge the batteries all the time. If you forget that can be a problem.

Charging the battery is one of the few inconveniences that people have talked about in regard to medical alert devices. Unfortunately at this time there is no other alternative as any system on the market has to be recharged.

I looked at a bunch of different options but the biggest thing that made me chose them was the fact that the button can go in the shower, it has GPS, and it can detect falls. My mom wears it and it's very nice and easy to use. Every time we've done a test call they have answered right away. Everyone is also super friendly too and very professional. I'm very happy to have it.

We got it as a recommendation from a friend. The attitude that their customer service people have is great. When we received the set we tested it to see if it worked. It took like 15 seconds for them to call us. They asked us if we were having any problems, and that was it. Their quickness was the most important part for me. The button is a little bit big and bulky. For me it would almost be better if there was something bigger but that was flatter.

I went online and since they had good reviews I went with it. The whole thing, including the bit that I plug into the wall, is small. The button that I wear around my neck is not heavy either which is great since I have a lot of neck problems. I don't even feel it when I wear it around my normal clothes and it doesn't show through. I've accidentally pushed the button but they're always very responsive and call to make sure I'm ok. I'm sure that when I need them, they'll be there.

I got really mixed up when we got the unit and I made some stupid mistakes but their people were extremely nice and helpful. They didn't make me feel like an old lady or anything. It was very nice and comforting. I'm very glad to have it, I feel like I can count on them if I need them. I feel safer.

This was a great gift from my children. Anytime I've ever had a question they were very prompt in answering it for me. if there was ever an incident where they needed to contact me, they did so promptly. There are times though when there's a delay between pressing the button for assistance and having someone on the line. Still, my experience with it has been excellent.

I work for Lake Chelan Community Hospital and have installed several units. I had to call back several times to get the hospital credit on a few of the units. When I had called to order the unit I had explained to the sales rep that I was new at purchasing the unit through lake Chelan Hospital and wanted to make sure we would get the credit for the unit then when looking into it both units I ordered we were not getting the credit. Also one lady client was very unhappy with the way the landline fall detection hung horizontal and not l vertical on her neck and felt the company could come up with a better looking la-nerd for around the neck the client canceled the order. I thought it was not good company policy to make our company pay for the return of your product.

My mother used the button when she fell (finally after 12 hours, was not LifeStations fault she wouldn't push the button), they contacted 911 when they could not hear her respond (television was up to loud blocking her voice). They then contacted me and I tried calling several times until the LifeStation unit picked up the line and I could call for my mother over the speaker and assure her that EMS was on the way. I have now installed cameras to go along with the LifeStation unit in case she leaves the TV to loud again, but I trust LifeStation for monitoring in case my mother falls again.

My mother was the one that chose LifeStation. I recommended a different one, but since she wanted them specifically I bought it for her. Most times they were very responsive and gave me the correct answers to our problems. The button worked efficiently and just as advertised. I was contacted by LifeStation within minutes of them contacting EMS to go to my mother's aid. I was then contacted by the emergency room to let me know they had sent out people to my mother's house. That happened 25 minutes after LifeStation contacted me. Unfortunately, my mother didn't make it'.It all worked well though.

We just got it for my mother. Customer service was very helpful and they took their time to explain everything to me. I think my mother was able to understand it too, but I'm not quite sure if she was able to grasp all of the information. I'm not completely sure she'll do what she needs to do if something happens. They have very good customer service though, everybody seems to know what they're doing. It helps during difficult times. All the products are expensive, but they're a set and come all together.

I just moved to a new cabin that's in the middle of nowhere so I needed that. Customer support is very attentive and easy to understand. I've been very pleased, they're just so courteous. It's nice to have that human touch instead of a recorded message you know. The button is excellent. It's there for me wherever I go in the country as long as the cell service works. I just liked the GPS, that was the main thing that convinced me to get it for my mother. Other than to test it, I haven't really interacted with customer service. The first time we tried it I thought they took too long to answer the phone. I was a little concerned about that should my mother have an actual emergency. They were also not very clear when they were explaining things about the equipment. I was told that one of the lights of the button should be on at all times, and I thought that meant that the device wouldn't work. Though I think that what they meant was that when you put it on the cradle the light should stay red. They weren't real clear about that, but it all works. It is a very valuable service.

I liked the price, the service, and that everything was taken care of in house. We've only tested it so far, we haven't had any emergency, but even the testing process was very nice. After I saw it I thought it would be a good idea to get one. I've had a little trouble with the company, but when I called and asked them to correct it they were very nice about it. They fixed the problem quite quickly. That made me very happy and I really appreciated them taking care of it. They are very competent and pleasant. I haven't had any reason to use it yet, but from the little experiences I've had with them it all seems good. Since I'm a senior, paying it monthly is a bit hard but I'm doing it.

The main reason I got it for my mother was that it was cost effective. When I first set it up, the lady or whoever I spoke with was not very friendly. My mother hasn't had an emergency so far, but when she set it off they didn't care that it was an accident, they responded. Whoever answered her call was very friendly and sweet to her. I purchased that for my aunt and she's the one that uses it to date. I looked around a bit to see if I could find something that she could use in the area, especially since she lives out in the country and there's no internet out there. I know she has been very happy with it. She has actually used it five times in one year. One of those was actually because of a broken leg.They are always dependable and a good company to work with. It's very comforting for other family members to know that she has it available since she lives by herself and is 87 years old.

I have the pendant that I can use in my house and that I can even take with me to the shower. I don't have to worry about anything, which is great since I'm alone in my house a lot. As soon as I press the button I know somebody will respond to me. I also have the worldwide system thing, so that means that I can carry it all with me no matter what state I go to. Every time I've called they've answered me right away and directed me to the right person that can take care of my situation. It has been great. They are also there and ready every time I need to test my pendant. On one occasion I needed it to be replaced and they sent it to me right away. I haven't tried any other company or system, but based on what I heard from others LifeStation has everything that the other companies do. Besides, the unit that I have seems more durable than the ones I've seen other people wearing. They all look very generic and fragile but mine is sturdier.

I've had it for several years after a friend recommended it to me. I have it on all the time, but the only time we've used it was because I accidentally bumped it against something while moving furniture. Their agent called us and they asked us if we were ok and if we needed any help. I said no and that was that. I was pleased to know that it all really works.

We did some investigating and came up with that one. I haven't used it much, but they've been alright. I am not too happy with the equipment though. I don't like the box that I have to carry around with me. I have to take it with me all the way to Washington and then carry it back with me. It's really heavy and not easy to carry. Besides, when I'm flying it's not the easiest thing. I'd like to have something that's simpler. It would also be nice and a lot more useful if the thing worked if i fell outside, there's really nothing I can depend on if that were to happen. If it could also automatically detect falls without me having to press the button it would be great.

I got something from Kaiser about LifeStation since I'm a member. I thought I would give it a try and ran with it. So far I've only actually used it once. They were here in no time at all with an ambulance and took me to the hospital. Price-wise it's pretty much the same you'd get with other companies. I did have some problems with some of the units that they sent me to wear. They just didn't have the signal working the way it should and I had to call a couple of times to have the thing checked. Another problem that I've had is that I just forget to do the monthly checks, mainly just because I forget. I would think that they could call you themselves to check on you and in fact I'd recommend they do that. Other than that, I have nothing else to say.

My children got this for me after I had a stroke. I haven't had to use it yet but when you have a stroke you just feel that extra need for a little bit of support. Having it gives me a sense of security that I wouldn't have otherwise. The rare times that I've called them or used it to test it, the device has worked. Customer support is always right there on the spot with the information that I need. It's all there for me in case of emergencies.
