Speed is slow. Almost daily there are times of no service. Some items on TV don't work because internet is too slow

Had them for internet. Out of the 6 months I had it, it worked a total of less than 50 days. I required internet for work and was forced to use the hotspot on my cell phone, which was not AT&T

Overcharge customers and then tell them they will credit your next bill. They also don’t have a local place to discuss payment or service face to face. It’s all over the phone with a machine.
