I had AT&T Uverse internet at two different times. I switched from them to another, then switched back when the other vendor increased their pricing. AT&T wins awards for their customer service. Unfortunately, it's awards for the worst customer service. Plan on spending several hours whenever you call them. The local installers were competent, but they experienced difficulties getting their equipment to work both times I had it installed. The first time took over a week from the time they first showed until I actually got internet. The problem, according to them, was fiber issues "upline". They provided me with an email account that never worked. I admit, after calling tech support and spending several hours on the phone, I gave up. So, why did I use them? They were cheap. I would not use them again.

I like the fiber speed it cannot be beat, however I'm not a fan of how they installed it to the house. Speed great installation cost them a star. Just make sure you are there for the installation. The installer bullied my son into where it needed to be installed which was bull.

I tried to use AT&T several years ago and found their transition process from one company to theirs, to be very cumbersome and awkward. I went over 1-2 weeks with having phone porting issues and getting the internet to work. I ultimately dropped my pursuit to have AT&T as my internet provider and begged the current Internet Provider to keep me. I also did not like the sales pitch from the guy that initially got me interested in switching to AT&T because the information he provided was not the same as the phone support ... either the salesman or the support personnel did not fully understand their products and I felt very misled. I never made it to the point of using this product because of all the issues, so I do not know of anything I would like about their product.

For the most part, the service has been good. There have been times when the service has dropped even though the weather was good. My biggest disappointment with this company is its lack of expediency. although they continually advertise about "fiber internet", my neighborhood has not been updated. The current speed offered, is hardly capable of meeting my needs both as a user for entertainment and a user for business needs.

Good wired internet - best upload speed, never met this fast upload speed before. Also very good support service. But worst Wi-Fi connection! Just worst! I bought two extenders for my house but it's not about extending a signal, it's about the wifi quality. If you don't care about the Wi-Fi, get this internet 100%, if you care about the Wi-Fi, never consider it.

I have used AT&T internet for years now and I have to say it works pretty well.. most of the time. There are times where my internet will stop working without any reason so I have to spend time resetting the router. When the internet does work, it is nice and fast.

Just when we are both on our computers, if one is watching any type of video, the other has issues loading stuff.. eehh.. would call to complain, but it's a royal pain in the butt to talk to someone who's English is their 3rd or 4th language. Just not worth the extra stress most times

I cant give ATT and 5 star rating because honestly their service for the area where we live is inadequate. I understand living in a rural area presents a few challenges but with the thousands and thousands of customers needing internet service I would think ATT would get with the program and at least upgrade so that people would be able to get at least semi-working internet some of the time.

I got quoted for one price with AT&T and charged something much higher, and that really bothered me. But the customer support was helpful in getting the price back where it should have been. Their prices are certainly on the high end, but their service has been dependable (besides the pricing error).

Honestly, I don't love AT&T internet. Great phone service. I would recommend them for all cellphones. But the in-home internet package I received was painstakingly slow. As a young person, a strong internet connection is essential to existence and AT&T made coding websites and watching Netflix impossible, but the internet, phone, and cable combo was convenient and installation was seamless.

I was completely lied to about the rewards card. I’ve been patiently waiting and was finally made aware that it’s expired. I was supposed to receive an email or a message in the mail but nothing. I paid my bill faithfully for a year only to find out that I’d be lied to. I’m not sure how a company can be so dishonest. I feel like I was cheated out of it bc I trusted that I’d get the email or letter. The gift card that’s promised is such a deception. AT&T has no plan to actually honor the advertisement. Don’t trust this company to be honest with you.

Don't understand why they charge the same as their competitors. Unless you're lucky to be in an area where they have fiber installed you're stuck with snails pace internet while paying a premium for 25-50mbps download speeds. Would not recommend if other ISPs are in your area.

ATT does not have high speed internet in my area. We are only able to get DSL where I'm at. If you drive 11 miles notheast of me , they have uverse in town . I have had DSL since 2000 with no upgrade in speed. The only good thing I can say about ATT is they do accept the access program for the low income.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! Their internet is absolutely garbage along with the corporate office! Had a technition on the phone with me after he left my home saying he was standing in front of the problem and was told he was not to fix it that they would send someone from corporate office out to take care of it, well here we are 5 days since that ticket was opened and no answers and customer support says they dont have a timeline of when it will get fixed! Absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Not only was AT&T account a long and stressful process now my account is slower than molasses! There should be no reason for this because I have used virtually none of my date! When looking for help found very little options and when looking to leave a review could not find an option to do so on their site (probably because they would have so many negative reviews) will start looking for a different provider tomorrow!

The internet is decent at times but the customer service is horrible! No one ever understands what you are asking for. I had to wait almost 2 months to get my internet moved, I moved 3 blocks away from my old address. They made me go to the city offices, county and post office just to tell me they needed someone to come out and verify the address anyways. The technician came out and never notified anyone about approving it and i was without internet for longer. They stated that they only offer slower internet at the same price, and still charged me for the month my internet was not connected.

I have an AT&T Internet for over a year. I have had problems with inconsistent speed and dropped Internet since day one. I complain and they send someone out who then says they don’t know how to fix it and leaves. Over the phone they admit that I have problems. The tech shows up and says the people on the phone are lying and don’t know how to fix it. I lose Internet both Wi-Fi and ethernet. The fool today showed up chewing tobacco and spitting into a dip bottle in my home. He admitted he had no idea how to fix it and left. Tomorrow I call spectrum.

Your customer service call center is the absolute worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Your representatives provide no information, there is a 10 second delay for each response, it’s almost like I am speaking to a computer. Every time I have called they put me on hold, transfer me five times, and gently avoid my questions, while pretending to search for simple answers. Your company is terrible, and I will be cancelling my service for GOOD once my contract is up.
