Unpredictable service. Very time consuming to access the web based services, phone response is almost unheard of without delayed wait times. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes wait time to speak to an actual human.

The package I had with AT&T was affordable. I switched to Xfinity because of lower rates and faster internet speed. I noticed when it rained in my area my internet connection slowed down or was nonexistent.

Any experience I have had with AT&T over the past 20 years has been negative. Customer service was horrible, always felt like I was a pest with any contact. Billing had small inappropriate add ons most months.

Worst experience ever. They quoted me a price and when i got my billing it was right. I called and told them what i was offered and they said it wasn't a legit offer. They refused to pull the call and verify info. I returned all equipment and they still charged me and sent to collections for the difference in amount i was quoted. I never paid it

The slick sales guy guaranteed 20 MB of download. He knew I had 4 wireless computers. He neglected to tell me the only way I would get 20MB is by using a ethernet cable. I rarely got above 8 MB. I ran back to Comcast who is another shister company but at least doesn't lie.

AT&T use to be a great company. If you live in an area with old technology, like the inner city, the service is slow. Their cable TV option, Direct TV is ok if you have no other option. Spectrum offers faster speeds.

This is a company that is only interested in getting customers. Their customer service is awful! Once they have you, you are a number. Charged me after I canceled with them and was under no obligation to pay. I clearly told the service rep that I did not want the service anymore.
