Some of the aligners were easily damaged and I did not not receive my promotion as advised. Also referred my friend and received nothing. Lastly, when signing up to get my aligners I had someone texting me almost all day until I provided them with a credit card. Once I did that, I never heard from my advisor again to ask how my progress was.

Easy to take the molds and the hyper byte system does seem to work as my girlfriend had a figment issue but by using the hyperbyte more frequently, it was corrected. Hoping end results turn out as planned as I am only on week 10 so no visible difference as of yet.

I got as far as getting the impression kit and sending it in. That's it. After that I didn't receive any responses from anyone. Some sort of confirmation about receiving my impression kit or just something small would have been appreciated. Instead I'm kinda just left wondering what happened? Did they get it? Did they not? Am I a qualified candidate for a treatment plan or no? Nothing. The representative actually texted me multiple times before I got the impression kit and sent it in, making sure I did it and sent it in and scheduled a pick up for me and everything. And I was actually not even going to do it and reconsider using byte, but the rep persuaded me to do it and send it in. So I did the mold kit, sent it to them. Now I haven't heard a word from anyone for the past week and some days. It's pretty frustrating, but I guess if this is how bad it is right now, imagine how bad it'll be when I actually need them to respond in the middle of my treatment plan. No thank you, not for me. *Note: Until I sent in my impression kit, everything was great. The quality of the kit and the rep's response time were great. After that, the rest sucked.

I started treatment with them for 10 months already, my teeth are straight all I have in an underbite and one small gap on side of teeth and every time I get package of aligners, all they are doing is moving my teeth more in instead of my teeth being straight and then I let them know I get another package and it’s not moving my teeth forward and gap is still there mind you a small gap, I refuse to continue to have them play around with my teeth with the moving back and forth thing, I asked for a refund because the This simple thing I have to do on my teeth they cannot fix, they refuse to give me my money back? Am I wrong for asking for refund when they cannot obviously fix my teeth? Or should I wait for one of them to fall off with the moving back and forth! Do not purchase anything with them, I really thought they were great but obviously they can’t get the job done!
