Hi Eugene, when a treatment is longer than 15 weeks, we send only the first 15 sets of aligners at a time to ensure everything is progressing as projected before sending out the rest. Our Customer Care team sends out check-in emails (which may get stuck in a spam or junk folder) every 2 weeks, and if there are any concerns that a customer's smile is not moving as planned, our team will discuss adjustments and provide the best next steps. It's just the constant changing of the retainer. You don't really have any days we're you can enjoy your food because your teeth are always sore. As well I don't think they are moving the one tooth that we wanted to move.
