For immediate assistance, you can reach our team at 877-298-3669. Every person's anatomy is different, and sometimes teeth are a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. Giving 15 trays is not effective. I think requesting quarterly impressions would provide a better result. The cookie cutter approach is not effective.

Reply from byte

Hi Eugene, when a treatment is longer than 15 weeks, we send only the first 15 sets of aligners at a time to ensure everything is progressing as projected before sending out the rest. Our Customer Care team sends out check-in emails (which may get stuck in a spam or junk folder) every 2 weeks, and if there are any concerns that a customer's smile is not moving as planned, our team will discuss adjustments and provide the best next steps. If you have any questions, we are here for you! Send us an email at support@byteme.com :)
