Great UX, great customer service, and generally a great overall experience. My only issue was length of treatment (in my case it was 6 months), and the fact that it almost doubled to a year because my aligners were showing too many gaps.

My favorite part about Byte is the process all together - impressions, viewing the treatment, and then actually getting the product. I think it's great being able to view your treatment before actually purchasing anything. I only wish that the whitener came in a bigger size bottle, but that's okay - I can always buy more!

I had braces as a teen but like many I did not wear my retainer after sometime. I recently noticed a gap in my front teeth. A month into the Byte process, the gap is gone and my teeth are noticeably straighter! Oh and the brightByte?! Amazing! My teeth are whiter too!

Overall great experience. The initial shipping is a little slow which delayed to the start. Once started the process is easy with regular check -in from their team to verify progress. I did have a few issues which were handled well by their support team. I WOULD recommend this product to a friend

Customer service was great at the beginning. After I paid it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Easy process. Very easy. Hyper byte is cool Brightbyte is cool too. The process works. First aligner had some pain. The rest weren’t bad at all. I had minimal movements. Mainly front tooth gap and some lower straightening.
