The 'braces' chipped my tooth and when asked to stop treatment they refused and asked for a dentist note. Funny that you do not need a dentist note to start treatment but they ask for one to stop treatment. Save your money for a real orthodontist.

The product is poor quality and the aligners do not fit as I moved on to a new week. My treatment should have been done 1 month from now but instead I have to start my treatment plan all over and I’m still waiting for a new impression kit and it’s going on a month and the company hasn’t even sent it yet.

I am extremely disappointed with byte. My treatment was suppose to be 10 weeks and 5 months later I am waiting on aligners with no update on a tracking number. The last aligners I received I have wore them for so long that they broke and hurting my mouth . The other aligners from past weeks do not feet my teeth.
