They are so nice and return calls right back , after u get them it takes up to 2 weeks before u here from any one they are plastic aligners very uncomfortable, customer service is terrible...I would love a refund but they say they dont do that ... what a rip off ...unhappy customer

They use promos to lure people in, then don't follow through. They email you constantly until you pay, then it's so hard to get a response, it's CRAZY! They play games a lot, it's just really poor business models and reviews are starting to reflect that.

They are awful. The product is terrible and the customer service is refusing to contact me in a timely manner to resolve my issue. They refuse to cancel my plan with them too and that is incorrect. I was told I could cancel my plan by one of their employees and now they're ignoring me.
