No support or feedback during the treatment. Has to email them several times just to find out my son needs more aligners and I have to pay $345 to get them because he threw the old ones away. We were never told to keep old aligners. Customer service is terrible and you are not willing to work with us at all.

Not the most responsive. Slow to get back to you, when they do it’s sometimes a different person, each set of aligners fit differently on my gum and are different heights. The aligners don’t seem to fit that well
