My experience with Byte has been awesome so far. The whole process was super easy and the support team is really helpful and responsive. It was easy to fix when I got a little ahead of myself and rushed my treatment. I wasn’t getting the best fit, so customer support advised me to just go back to the aligners that fit and continue again from there. That did the trick and I’m back on track! Just make sure you’re using the hyper byte took bc that really expedites the process. I’m already seeing results and am excited to the final product :)

I'm very satisfied with my Byte at-night aligners! They are easy and convenient to use, and the aligners fit comfortably. I saw results after only a month or two, and you can easily document your progress and communicate with the Byte team throughout your journey. Other pluses include an at-home impression kit with step-by-step instructions, no in-office visits, a whitening solution/cleansing foam to clean your aligners and whiten your teeth (free bottle with impression kit), and review recommendations with the orthodontist and the Byte team!

I am very happy with my BYTE experience. Initially I was going to try braces however my insurance was very expensive. Not only has Byte been an easier way to straighten my teeth, it is very cost effective. It's been great so far. Especially for the price, I've been doing the night aligners. On week 15, the top aligers are coming along nicely. The bottoms had a bit of a hard time moving and got stuck on week 11 for like 20+ days. Now waiting on my new set of aligners and hopefully will be complete on schedule. The technical support has been great so far, minus having to send several emails at times to get a response ( with a bit of a delay) it's been good!

It was very easy to order my aligners. You order the impression kit and it arrives in the mail in just a few days. And the instructions on how to create those bite impressions were pretty straightforward, as well. The only reason I don’t give this five stars is because of the lack of in-person check ins along the way. For this service BE SURE to send updated pictures along the way. Why? Because that’s the only way they can monitor your progress and, unfortunately, it’s hard to tell if you’re alignment is on track without this constant check in. Case in point: I didn’t check in for seven weeks and found out my alignment was off and had been for about six weeks. Now I have to do another six weeks, plus another five weeks to complete the alignment. Yikes. Fortunately the adjustment aligners are covered in the initial price. But, yeah, it’s not fun to find out you have additional weeks of alignment treatment because you didn’t check in earlier!

The process of getting impressions was easy enough, although not super comfortable. The roof of my mouth was a bit sore for a few days afterwards. I think the hardest part of the whole process was waiting for the aligners to show up. For the first few days, my teeth were very sensitive and was hard to eat hard/crunchy foods but that goes away after a while. I'm currently on week 10 and have noticed a significant amount of improvement already. Byte's support team is informative and easy to work with. 10/10.

I had braces as a kid but they never managed to fix a section of my bottom teeth. I've been self conscious about this one area of my smile for a while now. Similar products to Byte are way out of my price range so when I saw the quality and price that came with Byte, I jumped at the opportunity. The staff have been extremely responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. I only have two weeks of aligners left and my teeth look AMAZING. I would recommend Byte to anyone who wants to fix their smile within a reasonable budget.

I was impressed with how easy they make straight teeth to be through both sensitive and caring out reach, a well organized and scientific method toward orthodontic growth modifying straightening. Most other companies do not take into account the use of a sustained vibrating plate and not to mention offers for a light activated professional grade whitening system. I got both with one plan and the whitening was a code application for free. I don’t see this offer after extensive research into options for aligners out there . Byte however does promise you that .

15 weeks in and my teeth look better than I could have hoped! If you follow instructions and wear aligners as directed, you will be rewarded with amazing results!! The customer service team has always been helpful and responsive. I did a lot of research and feel confident I made the right choice selecting Byte. I appreciate that they include a bottle of BrightByte to clean aligners and whiten teeth. Word of caution, however, it goes fast! After the 4th week the bottle was almost gone. $30 for refills. Overall a great experience and excited to see final results in a few more weeks!

This is the most affordable teeth alignment service that I have been able to find, and it has been a relatively straight forward experience. So far, my teeth are aligning properly, and I have only experienced minor discomfort. Aside from delayed response times (it takes a few days for them to get back to you with questions and requests), they do their best to help you. Best of all, this service was covered partially by my insurance provider.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The Byte team is extremely responsive and made the process incredibly straightforward. I received my aligners just a few weeks after sending in my molds. The weekly schedule has been very manageable and I have seen excellent results. I also love the BrightByte aligner cleaner/teeth whitener they provide - it really works! If you are on the fence about doing this and/or which company to go with, I could not recommend Byte more.

I am in currently in week 5 of my Byte experience. I have been pleasantly surprised at my experience so far. All of my aligners have fit nicely and I have not had to file or adjust any of them. I can tell right when I put in my aligners at night and when I take them off that they are working but they are not uncomfortable at night. I can already tell a difference using Bright Byte. I am not even halfway through my treatment but have been happy with the quickness of BYTE’s team to respond. I look forward to a straighter smile in about 20 more weeks:)

The aligners are exactly what I wanted them to be. I have a habit of biting down on my aligners and being a bit rough with them. Luckily, they are made of a durable, hard material that stand up to wear and tear extremely well. The included BrightByte and Hyperbyte are essential to keeping you on track. I also enjoy the flexibility of Byte Pay, which allows me to pay for my treatment over time. Comparing these with Invisalign, which I have also had, these seem to be a better value for your money. With Invisalign, a dentist checks your progress periodically and encourages you to stay on track by making sure you are wearing your aligners as prescribed. With Byte, you are given a bit more independence, as you don’t need to meet with anyone periodically. Instead, you occasionally send progress pictures online, which I assume are reviewed by a doctor. You really only hear from Byte to gently remind you to follow your routine, or if something is wrong, which is fine by me. The one and only complaint that I have with Byte is that my Byte advisor was a bit pushy with the sale of my treatment plan. I understand that I need to order my treatment plan as soon as I get the results back from my impressions. However, Byte is still a large investment, both in time and money, and I needed time to feel assured that I was investing in a reputable and trustworthy company. I felt pressured through a barrage of text, email, and phone calls to make a large purchase quickly. I also wish that the insurance team that contacted me before treatment had been more forthcoming that any reduction in cost associated with insurance could not be used in conjunction with Byte Pay. All of that being said, I still think I prefer my Byte treatment over Invisalign. I felt that Invisalign was more invasive with the treatment plan by requiring you to shave down certain teeth or by having attachments semi-permanently put on your teeth. With Byte, I also have the luxury of being more independent with my treatment. However, this means that I need to be more accountable with my own treatment progress, but I am ok with that. This product is great for adults with active, full schedules, but probably not great for teens who need constant supervision to follow their treatment plan.

I chose byte because it was relatively cheaper, faster and convenient. I'm 2 months into my treatment and can see results. I'm so excited to finish! The first week was painful... make sure you are on painkillers. I had regrets during the first week. I thought this was not worth it... but now it's much easier now. Still in the byte process- had a week 13 checkup and they saw a few gaps in my aligners (aligners weren't a tight fit like they should be) so they sent out another impression kit and new refinement aligners. Was a little bummed that the checkup wasn't sooner- and that it will take a little longer, but they mentioned sometimes this may happen - but byte customer service took care of me and that is very appreciated! So for any byters out there :) - stay with the process and I would suggest sending pics with aligners every month or every couple of aligners changes to make sure all is good. And call byte if you ever have questions or want to check on things. That is the best form of communication and the quickest way to get a response. Overall I am still glad I am with byte and looking forward to my new smile!

They promised me a straight smile. Well I was half way in to the retainers when the top section just ended. I called and asked why. “That’s the end of the treatment”. If I’d have know I have to jump threw hoops to get what was promised I wouldn’t have gone and paid thousands to these people.

The aligners were somewhat effective, however, teeth have shifted with continued use of a night retainer. I had difficulty reaching Byte customer service and paid for 5 years of aligners. I have attempted to reach Byte multiple times to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It was very frustrating to communicate only through email for most of the experience and to repeatedly be asked to take and submit several photos to be evaluated. Video calls would be MUCH more efficient and effective.

The process is hard to maintain. I had a horrible lisp. The checking were few and far between. It's not worth the price. I'm still paying for it although I discontinued my use of them.

It didn't do the job I was promised. My teeth did not change much and then after I completed within a month my teeth were right back to the way before. Was not at all happy with the results.

It's very difficult to get any support after you buy the retainers. I had issues with them my teeth moving in one day and after wearing the final retainers my teeth were still not where they needed to be. The told me to go back and wear retainers from weeks before just give me the run around.

Caused extreme pain and nerve damage to my front tooth. I now have to have a root canal to fix the high sensitivity of that tooth and the discoloration that occurred. My front tooth is now grey. At that point I stopped using there products, asked for a refund which I have not received and I'm still being g billed every month.
