I’m halfway through my treatment plan and already seeing impressive results. BYTE is a very easy process, has great customer service, and has a much shorter duration and is so much less expensive than getting teeth straightened through a traditional orthodontist’s office. I am close to the end of my treatment now and though there have been a couple hiccups and it has taken long than it was supposed to I have been overall satisfied with the experience. I was worried that the Aligners would be hard to adjust to since I had wore braces years ago and never could wear the Aligners they had given me. But they are so small and form fitting that you barely notice them.

Well I wasn't sure about getting my insurance to cover it even though Byte said it would be covered. It took awhile but Phillip did a great job keeping after them. I got my money and my teeth are straighter. I'm a happy customer))

I’ve tried Invisalign in the past but getting a dentist for new aligned checks etc is not easy when you work crazy hours and ha e a long commute.. #bytemethankful .. in my third set now and already feeling and seeing a difference and love the clean and whiten foam

Two weeks in and things have been pretty good so far. The initial ordering experience was very quick and seamless: impression kit came quickly and was easy to do. Aligners arrived about 3 weeks after my order was placed, and I would have liked more support in the first few days of my treatment because I had many questions and some concerns. Waiting more than a day for a response from customer service doesn’t seem reasonable when pain is involved, but things were resolved eventually. Excited about the end result, but I have months to go at this point. Overall, a positive experience.

Couldn't be happier. The cherry on top is the fact that this is 1/3 the price of braces (actually, less than 1/3!).

I had some serious crowding before I got started with Byte. Many other aligner companies declined my case. Byte stepped up immediately and said they could help. In just the first 5 weeks of treatment I'm amazed at how much they've improved my smile and boosted my confidence. They're comfortable to wear, surprisingly subtle, and very effective. They can make speaking a little tricky at times, but that's a small sacrifice to pay for a beautiful new smile in half the time of most treatments.

The staff are extremely helpful and patient. The process is very easy to follow and you will see results quickly if you stay strict to the directions. And you will lose weight too cause it's too much of a process for a quick snack. So straighter teeth and a skinnier you in one shot.

The customer service is great and they have the military discount, which is always a plus. I had braces when I was younger, but this process was soooooo much better. Byte is an excellent company! I received a free replacement kit to redo the impressions to make them just right. I liked the fact that they sent me my treatment plan first before I had to pay the full price! Wanted to see what I was paying for first. They let me propose changes to the intended outcome. It took much longer than expected to get the aligners. But they arrived in good order. Well packaged and clearly labelled.
