So far so good. 4 weeks into 15 week treatment. Week 1 I wondered how i would wear this for 15 weeks, but it has flown by and starting to see results. Back teeth hurt a little, but not unbearable. Already recommended to colleagues that are interested.

Byte delivered everything on time. The packaging, the presentation of the kit is very elegant. Daughter had no issues following the instructions. She had some discomfort at the beginning but no issues now that she is towards the end of the process. Her smile has always been pretty but now her teeth are also nicely aligned!

The people were so nice during the whole process. They email you once in a while to make sure everything is alright. My smile is getting better and better too. It's a little uncomfortable sometimes but that's because the teeth are shifting. I'm getting so confident. Plus my smile is getting white with the byte whitening foam!

I like how quick they were with me and how helpful they were with the changes that I had to have done to the plan. The only issue I have had is that I had to switch to a one time payment from the bytepay and I was told I would get the refund in 3 to 5 business days and it has been 2 and a half weeks and I haven't received it yet

I am on week 14 of 15. Having my smile straightened that fast has been wonderful! The retainers have even helped me kick some bad habits-like snacking and chewing my nails. I will say at week 14 my bottom teeth are not straightened fixed. I reached out to Byte as they have a guarantee and I was told they will fix my bottom teeth for free-with more retainers im guessing. Overall it’s been a good experience. Four stars because I need a longer treatment plan and because they hardly reach out to you once you buy the retainers.
