I was a bit skeptical at first but this was amazing, from the start! They sent the impression kit and it was super simple to administer and ship back. They send the aligners in phases, keeping track of your progress along the way. Everything is easily accessible online and communications were on point! I highly recommend this over other companies. I had a good experience with byte. My plan was 4 months and it took me 6 months but I was happy in the end. I did think it was more painful than when I had braces as a child because it was a weekly adjustment. My mo uth was just getting used to everything and it would be time to change the trays again. I am glad I did it and am glad it's over with!

I have had a great experience with Byte. Naturally I was nervous at first but it has been going very well. I am on week 12 now and I can see a clear difference in how my teeth used to be versus what they are becoming to look like. I will say that the one week timeframe is a little unrealistic so you can expect to sometimes spend one week on one set, but two weeks on another - it just depends but it is worth it. The only real drawback is the customer service. They're behind by a few days but I don't think that is their fault.

I'm on week 11 and I'm impressed with my progress so far! The process has actually been easier than I expected. I've had no pain from the aligners or the shifting of my teeth, and the foaming cleaner seems to be helping whiten them a bit. I've been overly cautious about shifting my teeth too quickly, therefore I've been keeping each set of aligners in for closer to two weeks instead of the recommended 1 week time frame...I can't wait to see the end results 😁

Best thing about them is their entire process is quite clear and easy to follow. It's great that you can just upload photos of your progress and someone will check it. I am 10 weeks into my plan, and so far haven't had any issues with the retainers or teeth pain, however have noticed my teeth aren't quite matching the expected teeth movements which the simulation shows you at the beginning of the process. Probably the only negative would be that once you purchase the plan, the communication from their team seems to drop off. It seems the company has a strong sales focus, but I can't comment about their ongoing customer support and care process. As someone who hasn't had any complications/teeth pain so far in the process, it's not an issue. But if I was to have issues, I don't know how responsive and helpful their support team would be...

It's only been 2 1/2 months since I started using byte and I'm amazed at how quickly my teeth are aligning. The first week was rough, adjusting to wearing the aligners, but after that it's been pretty smooth going. The customer service at byte had been great. The customer service here is incredible! After my set of laughers, I was not happy with my top row of teeth. Byte sent me a brand new impression kit and redid my top teeth in order to get my smile to my satisfaction. Byte always answers my calls or calls me back when I reach out. Great!! I was a little worried here and there. I still have my wisdom teeth and I’m worried they’re keeping my teeth from straightening out given there’s not space to move. I messaged customer service and they sent me a long list of questions to get as much information as they can to try to fix the situation. It took about two days for them to reply but I’ve had much worse. I was assigned my own customer service agent in the beginning of my journey and she’s been super helpful when I have stupid questions lol. I’m definitely seeing a difference so far and I’m only half way there. I’m on week 7 out of 15 so far 🤗 my top row of teeth are more crooked than the bottoms so the top has 15 weeks and my bottoms have 12. The pack comes with a whitening/cleansing foam and I’ve definitely noticed my teeth seem brighter as well which is something I’ve struggled with alongside my crookedness. I’m super excited to not be concerned about my smile anymore. To finally be confident, or as confident as I can be lol. I’ve always struggled with body image and this is definitely helping. They were hard to get used to, however. I had a lisp for a few weeks and the edges of the aligners were scratching against my inner cheeks and inner lips. After the second week it was much better, my mouth toughened up mostly. Like a callus you get from playing guitar, your fingers get them. This was the same, my mouth meat thickened 😂 still soft 🥴 oh also one thing I forgot to mention. My jaw shifts while I sleep, and for some reason ever since I have worn these, it shifts to where it’s not in place. So each morning I have to push my jaw back in place to be able to open my mouth all the way. At first it scared me, then I got used to it. My third week didn’t do it at all though so I’m not sure what the reasoning is. Just wanted to throw that out there for anyone who has jaw problems or clicking, I’d recommend talking to a doctor before using. Overall I’m happy, just a few quirks.

The company's customer service is very good. At the start of my byte journey my teeth were not straight. Throughout out the journey my teeth got a lot more straighter and whiter. After using all the alignments my teeth still weren't completely straight. After reaching out to the company they sent me more alignments at no cost to make sure that I am satisfied. Overall, the company is very good and I recommend.

I would recommend Byte if you have minor misalignment. It was super convenient to do impressions and send them back. I LOVE that there was a night only option because my work is such that it would be inconvenient to wear them all day. I wasn’t able to get my insurance to pay but set up a monthly interest free plan which makes it much more affordable. The night ones are more expensive for some reason so you trade price for convenience. The Hyper Byte vibrating device helps with any discomfort which I really only feel during the first moments after switching aligners. I’ve been wearing them for about 10 weeks and I can already see slight changes in my teeth positioning. They are slightly brighter too from using Bright Byte cleaner/whitening foam. The only thing that I don’t love (which would happen with any aligners) is that with my teeth shifting, my bite is changing. Eating feels a little weird, especially early in the morning, as my teeth don’t fit together like they used to. But I believe as the plan finishes and my teeth settle into their final positions this “weird” feeling while chewing should go away. Obviously I can still chew food ok. It just feels a bit weird. Otherwise, I’m happy with the service. Customer service is super responsive with questions and there are periodic checking via the website to ensure everything is going well as it should.

I've always wanted to straighen my teeth, and when I got engaged I new I wanted to have straight teeth in my wedding. Byte was the most affordable option on the market and I have had such a great experience with them. I have had very few issues but when something did come up they were very quick to help me with my plan. I'm over halfway done with my treatment plan and I am in love with the results so far and cannot wait to show off my new smile when I get married next summer!

The aligners work well, customer service has a lot to be desired. They were super quick and attentive when I ordered my impression kit. Texted me to be sure I would quickly take my impressions and get them in. Once I received my box of weekly aligners, they practically 'ghosted' me. You are asked to send in photos of your progress, which I promptly did. About 10 days after sending in requested photos, I'm suddenly told to go back to week three. Mind you, I was already finishing week six! Dissappointing to say the least. Do they work you ask, YES! But don't expect a lot of guidance and prompt response because you will not get it.

I am a current Byte user. I have a 20 week plan for my top teeth and 16 weeks for my bottom. I am currently on week 13 of both. I am super paranoid about my teeth, both in appearance and I have some weird fear of losing them lol I swear in the beginning I thought every time I took out my aligners my teeth would come with. That’s really my only complaint. But it has 100% gotten better over time! If anyone else is going through the same thing, hang in there! It does get better! My bottom teeth are currently straight and my top teeth are on their way!

Byte has been amazing! It’s only been three months and my teeth look so good already. I have had so many questions along the way and they were there to answer everyone. I had to stop treatment for a few weeks while they sent another impression kit. Two of my teeth were a little wobbly which they can be because they move quickly. But they stopped treatment and helped with a new kit to move a little slower. I am so happy with the results!! I can’t wait to see my teeth in one more month. Definitely recommend Byte!

I’m currently on week 14 of aligners. 22 total for my top teeth and 16 total for the bottom. I haven’t been able to fully bite with my front teeth in almost 10 years- until this week. I can say that without a doubt the process of going through Byte has been beyond accommodating and easy. The customer service and response time is very quick. If a dilemma were to arise, they will reach out and brainstorm for solutions. Prior to using Byte I went to a brick and mortar orthodontist; however, the lack of care and information provided was lacking.
