Caused extreme pain and nerve damage to my front tooth. I now have to have a root canal to fix the high sensitivity of that tooth and the discoloration that occurred. My front tooth is now grey. At that point I stopped using there products, asked for a refund which I have not received and I'm still being g billed every month.

You took advantage of us. We had very poor customer service. Several changes in CS reps and delays in follow up communication. We were left to figure it out ourselves, no one walked us thru your process. It was a gift to my wife and no one ever talked to her, she will not wear a retainer that puts a gap in her teeth.

Poor delayed communication. My treatment is taking FOREVER. They should get an app that sends notifications for checkins and ask for updates, it's just poor.

Byte was terrible. I went through 3 different refinement aligners. 1 year later and I've "completed" treatment. I told them I am unhappy with the results, as I see ZERO results. No response. I told them I want a refund. No response. Save your money and get Invisalign or traditional braces.
