Caused extreme pain and nerve damage to my front tooth. I now have to have a root canal to fix the high sensitivity of that tooth and the discoloration that occurred. My front tooth is now grey. At that point I stopped using there products, asked for a refund which I have not received and I'm still being g billed every month.

Byte quality is so bad. Don't waste your time, and money. They cannot create properly fitting aligners, and they are full of excuses. They will ask for a lot of photos, and then they will ask you to cut the aligners yourself to make them fit.

I figured I'd give them a try. Told them my hesitations based on my experience with another aligners company, they assured me they were different so I ordered my aligners. Problem after problem and no one can help, can't even offer a partial refund, nothing. And now I'm being ghosted. What an awful experience.

Post sales service is poor. No email reminders to check in with photos, hence voiding byte guarantee. Got bombarded with emails before I bought them. Seems dodgy.
