No support or feedback during the treatment. Has to email them several times just to find out my son needs more aligners and I have to pay $345 to get them because he threw the old ones away. We were never told to keep old aligners. Customer service is terrible and you are not willing to work with us at all.

My teeth didn’t come out at all how they said it would. And when I tried to contact them about my teeth they never responded back and now I’m paying $1,700 for some retainers that never gave the result they promised.

They extended my aligners 12 weeks longer than originally I was told. It's extremely hard to get in contact with anyone. They barely respond to emails in a weeks time. They should be checking in more.

Not the most responsive. Slow to get back to you, when they do it’s sometimes a different person, each set of aligners fit differently on my gum and are different heights. The aligners don’t seem to fit that well

There must a great deal of confusion at the Byte company. I have received only ONE lower aligner, and that was in the Step 1 envelope. I have been wearing that lone lower aligner for over 8 weeks now, and no more lower aligners have been forthcoming. I have contacted Byte, but nothing has been done.
