Although the end results weren’t exactly as I expected and I have to get new aligners to fix a few things, the process went well and I’m impressed with the results I did get. And I’m excited to continue the process to get the smile I want. I liked the business and customer service and communication as a whole.

It's super easy to get aligners for your teeth. Avoid lots of trips to the dentist. And the email customer service is good and easy to reach. But I except a shorter responding time. Like real-time chat. I am now dealing with unsatisfied result situation. The cs team handles it well and I am continuing my journey to get teeth straight.

Super pushy until you make the committment, then you hear nothing from them until they want a review. Process is good, directions are clear. I am halfway through treatment. Seeing results but the retainers 22 hours a day is a pain to eat and drink. Not sure what end of treatment looks like.

Good- my teeth are moving although slowly Bad- customer service. I call the customer service number and provide photos of my aligners and they give me advice. 5 or 6 days later I get an email from the Professional Care Team and they tell me something different. I have had to take 3 different impressions and received 3 different sets of aligners none of which I have been able to get all the way through. I am now waiting on my 4th impression kit. So far this process has taken 4-5 times longer than it should have.

I like the convenience and the price of the product. I don’t like how expensive the addition products are (ie the $699.00 replacement for the vibrating mouth piece that helps the process go faster.) I’m so worried mine will break. Seems very steep for a vibrating piece of plastic.

It has been great. The only thing I would say is that it takes long to get your retainers (which is normal) but if you request new ones and the molds are not well done, it will take longer. Other than that, I would recommend it!

The company seems to be run by customer support folks incentivized by referral bonuses. You will never speak to an actual dentist here. It takes days to get a response via e-mail. I'm currently stuck in limbo in the middle of treatment and am not getting responses from anyone. 12 aligners in and I've seen slight improvements but less than what I expected. If treatment works out, it will have been a good price but at this point (1/13/2021) it seems like you get what you pay for with a cheaper company. Also worth noting is, the only reason that so many people leave reviews is so they can get a free bottle of their overpriced $30 aligner cleaner. I will be happy to update this review if things work out, but at the current pace of communication and sending out new aligners, I am not satisfied.

We understand the frustration that may come with the wait time for a clinical follow up- We are always growing our team further to allow for additional time slots and availability.. Fortunately, we have several methods of assistance in the meantime, including chatting with our support care team, as well as direct conversations with our clinical team via email. If a treatment is towards its end and additional adjustments are required (it happens! Your anatomy in addition to our treatment can play a factor in this, and we want perfection for you, too!) Our team is available to get you set up to check your progress and get you started on your next step.

As for our customer support, our priority remains your health and safety, always. Referrals are not incentivized, and are truly for our customer's benefit! We would love to look into your account further- as this is a public platform, we are bound by HIPAA and cannot assist here, but we are looking forward to hearing from you via our support team to get you on track.

So far so good. I'm not completely finished with treatment, but I'm close, and so far the product seems to be doing just what I wanted. I love the packaging, which is well organized and makes it easy to stay on track. I also like the tools and extras, such as the Hyper Byte and Bryte Byte whitening foam, that come with the product.
