I feel when all is done I will be satisfied with the results! My issues have been the first round of aligners split, making me have to wait and start over with a second set. This makes the treatment time go from 3mns to 9. :( Support is helpful when you can correspond with the SAME rep, with is rare. They are knowledgeable and I wish they would call or text so you can explain your issues. In the end, I think I will be happy, but it is taking way too long!

They have a military discount. They are very responsive. The aligners are nicer than braces. You have to buy extra tooth/ aligners cleaner though and wait a while for new shipments.
