Byte's customer support is very helpful and replies really fast. The only problem is that I'm not sure if the results will be what I want them to be because it doesn't seem like the aligners move my teeth up and down. I have a few more weeks left so we'll see what happens!

I wasn’t able to get a refund on the $100 off Aligners promotion going on when I got my aligners🙄 other thank that, it has been smooth!

I received friendly service from Byte thus far I am a little disappointed because my initial treatment plan was 17 weeks and at the end of the initial treatment my teeth were not as straight as expected. I then was sent a second set of aligners for a treatment plan that is 13 weeks. The good news is that there was no charge for the second set of aligners the bad news is that the second set of aligners required training and we’re not scalloped like the initial set

Seems to be working pretty well so far. There are some add on that are ridiculously expensive and there is an upcharge for night only aligners as opposed to 24 hour wear. Don't count on your insurance covering any of this either.

Glad I went with byte, I did some checking around and hoping that my dental insurance would cover part of my treatment (don’t count on it) but decided to go with it anyway. So far has been worth it I’m on week 10 and I have had some movement so excited to see where I end up.
