I am very please with Byte and everything they have done for me. The only reason I rated them a 4 and not a 5 is because it was not disclosed to me about retainers ( first set is free, then they recommend you replace them every 6 months for 99.00) Even though Byte is much cheaper than braces, in the long run depending on your age braces may be cheaper.

Everything has been going well so far with my treatments. The first day hurt the most but after that my teeth are hardly ever sore for more then 10 mins after putting in my retainers. I'm doing the night version where I only have to wear the retainers for 10hrs a night, plus use this vibrating mouth guard for 10 mins every night. Im about half way through my treatment and I am seeing some changes with my teeth getting straighter, but I will have a better idea if it worked once Im completely done my 15 week treatment.

I’ve had a really nice experience with Byte so far. The team reaches out personally to check in on updates or if I have any issues, but they’re not overwhelming with emails. They respond under 24 hours and always have an answer. Currently on tray 4 so no noticeable results just yet, but I’m optimistic and for the idea of an at-home tele-dental process, it has been so easy to follow. The steps are layed out for you and the price is very reasonable for the materials and policies. Would recommend!

I like that the aligners are actually clear! you cannot even tell they are there. Honestly, they are a little uncomfortable at first but hyperbyte truly resolves that. I don't know how well brightbyte works but that is my only criticism.
