The customer service so far has been exceptional. I appreciate communication in all facets of life, but particularly involving something such as my teeth. They have responded to all questions in a timely manner, and have been very transparent throughout the process. I can’t wait to see the results!

My experience with Byte has been so luxurious. From receiving the starter kit to speaking with my advisor to ordering my aligners. My advisor was so helpful and patient. My starter kit was neatly packed, the instructions were clear (even though I messed up one mold, they were able to use the other 3). I'm excited to start my journey.

Everything has been going well so far with my treatments. The first day hurt the most but after that my teeth are hardly ever sore for more then 10 mins after putting in my retainers. I'm doing the night version where I only have to wear the retainers for 10hrs a night, plus use this vibrating mouth guard for 10 mins every night. Im about half way through my treatment and I am seeing some changes with my teeth getting straighter, but I will have a better idea if it worked once Im completely done my 15 week treatment.

I was nervous to start this process but since the first question, Byte has taken care of any concerns. My impression kit arrived within three days. Once they were submitted, I’ve had follow up by a representative that walked me through the entire process of treatment and payment. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I like the packaging, the instructions and the customer service crew. There's no real discomfort at any point, and I love that it's 100% at-home. Everything makes sense - it's not hard to figure it out - and it seems easy to make progress.

I’ve had a really nice experience with Byte so far. The team reaches out personally to check in on updates or if I have any issues, but they’re not overwhelming with emails. They respond under 24 hours and always have an answer. Currently on tray 4 so no noticeable results just yet, but I’m optimistic and for the idea of an at-home tele-dental process, it has been so easy to follow. The steps are layed out for you and the price is very reasonable for the materials and policies. Would recommend!

I researched and compared various aligner options before selecting Byte. The overnight option, as well as having the whitening and Hyperbyte included in my purchase, makes this the best quality option for the price. I’ve also had great experiences with the response rate and helpfulness of Byte’s customer service when I’ve reached out with questions or minor issues with the fit of my aligners. I’m about halfway through my treatment and am excited for the end result!

Byte assigns every client with a personal advisor. Having a personal advisor during the process makes everything more easier because the personal advisor makes sure that everything is going correctly. Also, they guide you through the entire process.

I like that the aligners are actually clear! you cannot even tell they are there. Honestly, they are a little uncomfortable at first but hyperbyte truly resolves that. I don't know how well brightbyte works but that is my only criticism.

I use my byte tool everyday as instructed too. The company has been good at reaching out via email and always asking if I have any questions
