Every interaction I've had with the Byte team has been very pleasant. It seems as though every team member truly cares about my smile being the best it can be-- and so far it is! I'm halfway through my treatment and friends are already commenting on how much better my smile looks. I'm so happy I found Byte!!!!

There are so many companies for aligners but what stood out with BYTE was the customer service. I am still in shock at how efficient and patient they are and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. I would recommend BYTE to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you!!

Byteme made the process so easy and so personal! I had an employee texting through the whole process! It was nice because I didn’t have to wait for emails or customer service calls, I had a designated rep responding via text almost instantly. Impressions were easy and painless!

Byte so far has been great. I have been wearing the aligners for 9 week now and so far I am beginning to see my gap closing. I usually don’t leave reviews unless something is wrong, but I wanted to share my experience at the halfway point. I am completely satisfied thus far.

The customer service team was very nice and helpful! They helped make adjustments on my retainers when I wasn’t 100% happy with how they looked on the 3D molds online! Very quick to ship impressions kit and upload the 3D molds to my profile!

As I approached Week 15 of my Byte treatment, I noticed that I wasn’t seeing the progress that I was expecting. While I was disappointed with my results, I was very impressed with Byte’s responsiveness and the actions that they’re taking to solve my problems. Byte really cares about their customer’s experience and they truly have a lifetime guarantee on my new smile.

Before I started Byte I had researched a few different companies. Ultimately I decided on Byte because even before I had purchased my treatment the customer service was exceptional. They kept me up to date on everything and always checked in and answered any questions I had.

The best thing about byte is there dedication to great customer service and top of the line products. The worst thing is waiting for your aligners! That are crafted with care and delivered as fast as possible! They're the best at what they do and they have the best team out there.

I was not expecting it to actually work especially since I've had braces before. I have a pretty bad over-bite so I was worried I might not qualify. I also didn't know there would be a noticeable improvement within just a few weeks. The only negative is the pain and discomfort.

I with out a doubt would give ‘Byte’ 10 stars if possible. This has been such a smooth journey and in just 2 weeks I was already seeing a difference in my smile. The price for this journey is also so worth it! Your box comes with so much to help with your every day journey.

My experience with byte has been great so far! I am on week 4 of my aligners and I’ve gotten pretty used to them. They don’t bother me at all in my day to day life and are very unnoticeable. The hyperByte the actually helps with discomfort. I also like the different financing options. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Today starts week 4, and I'm happy to report that I have already noticed a difference. The aligners are easier to use, and less painful than I expected. I am tracking my results with photos, and when I reach the end of my treatment, I will be happy to share.

I am very happy with my Byte Night-Time aligners! All very easy to use and was simple enough to get started. I didn’t have good impressions the first round, but they quickly sent me a smaller impression kit that was much more comfortable and successful! 10 hours a night and 10 min Hyperbyte is definitely doable and does not affect my other daily activities. If anything, it helps me with a more consistent night routine as well which actually helps with sleep! Customer service is quick and super friendly.

I’ve loved my experience so far!! Their customer service is seriously the best and I received my retainers way sooner than I expected. I’m doing Byte at night so I only have to wear the retainers for 10 hours a day. It’s been so easy to straighten my teeth. Would definitely recommend.

The consultants were friendly and prompt, even made themselves available during non normal business hours. The first 3d rendering that I was sent I had critiqued, and with the help of Dan, my contact person, was able to adjust. The 2nd rendering looked exactly how I want my smile. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I've had my aligners for about 5 weeks now, only have 10 weeks left, and I love them! So much better than having braces on my teeth which I would have to have for 18 months. Very little discomfort, so easy to use, and I can see the progress already. Can't wait to have the best smile ever!

I am very please with Byte and everything they have done for me. The only reason I rated them a 4 and not a 5 is because it was not disclosed to me about retainers ( first set is free, then they recommend you replace them every 6 months for 99.00) Even though Byte is much cheaper than braces, in the long run depending on your age braces may be cheaper.
