I have yet to get my aligners but the customer service is top notch and they are all great. They updated my 3D snapshot to my requests as well as when I noticed something wasn’t exactly perfect. Quick and timely responses from their advisors.

From start to week 6, where I’m at now, it’s been seamless. Great customer service, extremely reasonable cost, and the aligners are working: my teeth are moving, aligning well, and my smile is looking good. I also really like Brightbyte - it works!

My experience with Byte has been great since day 1. I'm about 13 weeks into my treatment and, even though my upper teeth are giving us a hard time, everybody I've talked to from Byte's customer service has been nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend Byte to everybody that's interested in invisible aligners, it's been great so far!!

It's halfway through my treatment and I love my results! I've had braces before and I didn't like the idea of getting them again. When COVID happened I was scared of the idea of going in to see the dentist. I'm so glad that with using Byte I'm able to get the results I want all from the comfort of my home.

Everything went as planned in my treatment and I was regularly checked in on. The aligners themselves fit exactly as they should and I noticed a difference as early as 4 weeks in. Discomfort is minimal and finished quickly. Well worth the investment.

My favorite thing about byte has been the fact that there has been literally no pain! My teeth have shifted pretty significantly but I never felt them! I don't have any negative comments on my process so far (about 9/15 weeks in!)

Everything has been great but I have to do the impressions set again when I thought I was almost done with the process. I’m glad it’s covered under what I’ve paid for but still a little disappointing. However, customer service has been great. They’re always checking in to see how things are going now especially since there was the hiccup in progress.

The thing I liked most about my BYTE experience, was the friendly customer service and help over the phone. Initially, the BYTE representative told me my insurance would cover the treatment plan, but unfortunately, it did not. I am super happy with my results and it happened in only 16 weeks.

I absolutely loved my Byte experience! I recommended it to my sister and will continue recommending it to my friends that want to get their teeth fixed! It's so easy and convenient being able to switch the aligners out on your own with no doctor visit. Plus, the best and most important part, it's cheaper AND faster than having braces!!
