Best Service, Best Quality, Best Product out on the market. I wish I would have tried Byte first compared to Smile Direct. Smile Direct cut my gums, tongue, and finger with horrible service. However Byte was stellar from the beginning communicating and explaining their product superiority.

I researched every aligner company before choosing Byte, and I am certainly glad that I did. Every contact I've had with them has been positive. I'm only on Day 2, so I anticipated that there would be some pain as my small jaw adjusted to the aligners. I'm happy to report that I've had no pain and that the they are downright comfortable!

They do take time and efforts to take into account each individuals needs and could extend your experience to achieve individualized perfection. At times their response i takes longer than expected and I wish the time it takes to receive sets of aligners was shorter. But I still would recommend and consider them an awesome company!

Getting my aligners was a frustrating process. I was excited to start so I sent my impressions back the day after receiving them. I then waited weeks without hearing anything. They said they lost my impressions so then sent me not one, but two more impressions kits. While these kits were on the way to me they somehow found my initial impressions. This set me Back almost a month. Once I started they worked very well and I have been very satisfied. What I didn’t know is that I needed 19 aligners and they only send the first 15 in the initial shipment. So now I have completed my first 15 weeks and am now set back another 3 weeks while I wait for my final aligners to arrive again. The product works great but I am not a fan of the service. Also, making a sexual innuendo about a vibrator on their website just seems outright unprofessional to me.
