This system is the most brilliant thing ever created. I had braces for 4 years and being 15 years later... yah my teeth needed some help. Having to wear them at night is amazing. I could not do the all day one. This is absolutely perfect for all life styles.

I've been using the nighttime only Byte for a few months now. It's super easy and I love that I can use it only at night! The hyperbyte is also a great addition to the experience. It helps with the slight pain you get after changing to the next aligners. My only small complaint is that my original treatment plan had to be changed and I am now having to wait 4 - 6 weeks to receive my new aligners. I'm glad they are staying on top of my results and have changed my aligners based on the results I've gotten so far, but I wish I didn't have to wait to long to receive the new ones.

I like the fact that they respond quickly to any questions or concerns. They offer several quick and easy payment options. I don't like the fact that they push getting your teeth fixed fast. As good as that is, my dentist told me that moving your teeth too fast can weaken the roots of your teeth.

Overall my experience with Byte has been great. Good and speedy customer service, everyone I've talked to have been very nice and helpful. The product itself has so far been as good as advertised and I would recommend it to a friend. My only complaint is that I would have liked more personal contact with an orthodontist.

I am very pleased with the communication via text message and email that I received from my Byte team players. They were all very nice and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I was dissatisfied with the coupons that I received but was unable to use due to the payment option that I chose. I think that they should not send the deals and offers if they can't be used.
