It’s been about 1.5 months since i got my Byte Aligners and my teeth are already starting to get straight and better. It used to hurt when i first got it, but then my provider told me to use my Hyperbyte 4 times a day and then it started feeling better.

The byte payment plan was easy and quick. They require a smile protection plan which is weird but i guess it just to protect my future perfect smile

I’m glad I chose byte as they are a trusted company who will get the job done. They do take time and efforts to take into account each individuals needs and could extend your experience to achieve individualized perfection. At times their response i takes longer than expected and I wish the time it takes to receive sets of aligners was shorter. But I still would recommend and consider them an awesome company!

I’m on the second round since my teeth didn’t move as fast as planned but customer service is amazing and are always there to answer any questions. Getting my aligners was a frustrating process. I was excited to start so I sent my impressions back the day after receiving them. I then waited weeks without hearing anything. They said they lost my impressions so then sent me not one, but two more impressions kits. While these kits were on the way to me they somehow found my initial impressions. This set me Back almost a month. Once I started they worked very well and I have been very satisfied. What I didn’t know is that I needed 19 aligners and they only send the first 15 in the initial shipment. So now I have completed my first 15 weeks and am now set back another 3 weeks while I wait for my final aligners to arrive again. The product works great but I am not a fan of the service. Also, making a sexual innuendo about a vibrator on their website just seems outright unprofessional to me.

Bright byte really has my teeth looking immaculate without being harsh and yucky like other whiteners. I'm on week 12 of the night alligners, and am seeing great progress! I love the ability to straighten my teeth overnight, and not have to wear the alligners during the day. I also love that i can do it on my own from home, and not have to go to lots of orthodontist appointments. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their smile!

My aligners are working, that's the point of treatment. However, the follow-up and communication needs improvement. The customer is left to remember to follow-up on additional aligners and retainers. Customers should be responsible for following all treatment directions but Byte should be responsible to ensure timely care and follow up calls to the customer so that there are no gaps in the treatment. Whether ordering additional aligners or retainers a Byte rep should reach out notifying the customer that it's time for the next step. My experience, proactive customer follow up is not a priority. This is disappointing.

This company is very professional and communicative. If there is a problem they are very helpful. Aligners are good quality. Boxes come very clearly labeled and organized. The only dislike is the amount of time it took to remake my upper retainers (the first round wasn't enough) but I don't believe that was the company's fault. It was really my teeth that didn't shift properly.

Customer service is above and beyond amazing. They make sure you are completely comfortable and answer your questions no matter how random they can be. Help when there is somer hint your unsure of with your smile prediction end result. Only scary part is honestly doing the impressions yourself at home. But your impression kit associate is there to help you and a very imformative video help get those nerves under control.
