ANGELA J DESERVES 10 STARS FOR HER CARING, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
MY TENANTS WERE WITHOUT A/C WAITING FOR A PART TO REPAIR THE UNIT.
IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO RETURN UNTIL ANGELA THROUGH HER DILIGENCE FINALLY WAS ABLE TO REACH THE CONTRACTOR AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPAIR THE FOLLOWING DAY. SHE JUST MADE IT HAPPEN. IT WAS AN EXTREMELY DESPERATE SITUATION DUE TO THE TEMPERATURES OF 106-114 IN ARIZONA. I AM TRULY GRATEFUL TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONNECT WITH ANGELA.

I spoke with Lori E and she was very patient and answered all of my questions about the plans they have available. She provided the different options and made sure I was covered for only the items that I really needed. The price is very reasonable and there are a wide range of items covered under the base plan with options for extending the coverage.

OneGuard has been so easy to work with. My Choice Home Warranty plan expires in August and it can't expire one minute soon enough. I have patiently waited for more than 9 months now to sign up with OneGuard. My agent, Lori E, took my call 9 months ago and remembered to follow up with me when it got close enough to the expiration of my plan for me to sign on with OneGuard. Very reasonable limitations on coverage, which is what I expected from my previous carrier. I feel secure now! Thank you OneGuard and Lori!!

The representative that helped me was Erin P. She did a fantastic job of getting the appliance people out to me. She made sure things were getting done and approved to move forward with the fix. She also kept me updated on timelines for fixing as parts needed to be ordered. We are very pleased with Erin P and the service we have received from One Guard.

I needed to get the purchase order for the evaporator coil for our A/C unit that OneGuard had done back in July 25, 2017. The coil had gone bad and it was still under the 5 -year warranty. Christopher S went the extra mile and quickly found the purchase order from 5 years ago and sent it to me right away.

We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and the plumbing company was not a lot of help. So we called our warranty company, OneGuard and spoke with Erin P and explained the situation. They say you only get one chance for first impressions. Well, Scott P made a great first impression as he took time to listen carefully so could actually provide answers to my questions. He was fully transparent and seemed to have my best interest in mind. As we know, a sales person is limited by the product he markets and OneGuard was the vehicle I choose after doing my comparison of three options available and listening to Scott explain things I didn’t understand. We’re off to a good beginning and I expect good service for the duration of our contract.

Ms F answered questions I had about 3 or 4 items on my home warranty list and assisted me with adding a new item to the contract, including taking my payment information. She was very professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Ms F updated my warranty and emailed my new documents minutes after our phone call. Lastly, Ms F mailed my new documents and I received them the next day (today)! Ms. Cynthia F handled my call in a friendly, yet efficient, manner.

I recently made the switch to OneGuard from another home warranty company and have been very pleased with the service, especially from Sarah M. She quickly assisted with the addition of a second property and provided a discount for the one previously purchased as well as for the second property.
I had done quotes from other companies only to have the staff call me, as much as every hour which was incredibly annoying. OneGuard respects their customers and does not practice such marketing tactics, so thank you!

I have been a loyal customer with One Guard and Service One before, The contractors you hire have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Except for one time during a very hot summer when the A/C went out and parts took several days, we have always been satisfied. Your wait time on hold is occasionally lengthy, but the music is nice.

My 22 year old HVAC was not cooling our house. Guard was out to diagose the problem and was willing to fix the problem. . We were not sure fixing was the right course of action, given the age of the unit high cost of the old refigerant. Matthew B called and explained our options. Ultimate, we accepted a cash payment toward a new HVAC. Matthew kept us informed of the the progress for the through the whole process.

One of my HVAC units stopped working. I called OneGuard told them my issue and was transferred to the proper person. He took my information, then gave me the name and phone number of the contractor that would call to set up an appointment.
They called shortly after my call to OneGuard . We set up a time. They came within the time window and fixed the problem. I could not have had a better experience.

We could not be happier with OneGuard service and choice of repair company, Third Generation in Las Vegas. When our large LG refrigerator quit OneGuard quickly assigned an LG specialist company to make the repair. Third Generation arrived within hours and worked late into the evening to assess and arrange for parts and repair, they even provided a “loaner” refrigerator for 3 days until ours was back up and running! I have had a good experience with OneGuard. The customer service is excellent and they follow through as well as send emails with the information you need to you by email which is great! They are honest and send pretty good vendors to service the appliance. You also have the chance to review them. They have denied a claim for me, but it was not included in the home warranty and it was clear in the contract so I had no problem with it. I would recommend them as a home warranty service!

I felt the urge to write this review after speaking with Anthony S of OneGuard regarding the help I need with my appliances repairs and follow up on the unfinished work by the subcontractor who was responsible for breaking a PVC condensate line which caused lots of liquid buildup and ceiling failure/damage. the process was rather simple. The best part of the process was getting help Alicia P. in authorizations. She was extremely helpful where others that I had spoken with was unsure of the process.
