I want to give 0*, I have been waiting for 3 months to get my refrigerator and washer to be repaired. They keep taking money every month but still can’t find a technician for me. It’s the worst company ever, they should not exist

Billed me $89 for work they never did. Spoke to their 'customer service' department in Mexico - hopeless as hell! Sent my bill over for collection and even though I proved that the service wasnt provided they as collection agents insist that I settle the bill asap. This is the new way of doing business

if there is a 0, would give you a zero!! I have called 20 times to get my mircrowave fixed since April 2023. Its October and you still have not fixed it. You set appointments, do not show up and never cancel!!! Worst company ever....horrible. Phone system wont let you get to a person!!!

Should have looked at reviews before buying their piece of crap, we scheduled an appointment after I had to fight for a warranteed item over the phone, they came FOUR months later and now not under warranty and repair is the price of a new fridge

It’s no surprise that sears went out of business. By far the worse company and customer service to deal with. Would never recommend sears to anyone. Stay far away. They can’t give there business away for free that how bad they are.

If I could give zero stars I would. WARNING all home owners, choose a different company. This is not worth your time or money. I have now spent $300 on just technician fees to have not had anyone actually look at my dishwasher. The error continues to fall on Sears for improper work order set up and terrible communication. Do not choose Sears!!!

Worst customer service EVER!! Hard to find person to talk to when you call, customer service never has answers, I feel sorry for the techs. Been dealing with a freezer issue for 6 weeks and still no end in sight. They will take your $$ asap and then they don't care what happens. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I sold my apartment, and I called and cancelled My Sears home warranty service. To my surprise they continue to charge me and I learned they also duplicated the account and even double charged me. When I called costumer service the hand up on you and I had to go to my bank to dispute the charges. Sears home warranty operates as a scam!

Horrible...dont waste your money. They send somebody with a A&E truck out (A&E have no location in the US) , it seems this guys dont know what they are doing. Refrigerator is still broke after they was here already 5 times. On top of this ....they dont wanna show their ID nor contractor lisence. We learned our lesson the hard way....beware

If I could give zero stars I would!! Worst customer service ever! I sold my house and moved 3 months ago and have called them repeatedly to cancel this service because I obviously don’t need it anymore and they won’t cancel it and just keep charging me $49.99 per month. Total scam!!!

They replaced our fridge in January and 5 months later the compressor went out. Theyve sent 3 different service techs to come "fix" it. Each time they said, "its too dangerous to fix". We paid to get it fixed on our own because this company is a joke!!

If there was a negative rating below 0 that is what I would give them. They have been out 9 times to fix my ice maker and it has been 9 months and it still doesn't work. You cannot talk to a manager by phone. You always get put to China to a call center that does not help at all. DO NOT GET THIS . Waste of Money!!!

This warranty is a waste of money! Paid the $75 a month ago to have someone out for our dishwasher and they still haven't showed up. No excuse for this kind of wait! Their first appointment was 3 weeks out, they never showed, rescheduled, and then never showed again. No one ever called me!!

I can't rate a -0 so I selected a 1, they are liers, unprofessional con artist's worse than a car salesmen, they do not provide service when needed they put you on hold for hours and keep transferring you but will take your money for a fake warranty, I reported them to the BBB.

If you want to wait 2 weeks for an appointment then 2 more weeks to get the parts and a return appointment…this plan is for you. I did like the technicians, but being without a washer for weeks at a time was unacceptable. I would never purchase this warranty again.

This is the worst company and service provider I have ever used. They tried to replace my lint screen 4 times and each time the wrong part was delivered. It is still unresolved. Customer service has been ZERO help in resolving this issue and no one has contacted me about resolving this either.

Sears won't honor the warranty. We had an appointment for a technician to come and repair our refrigerator and no one showed up. The last time I talked to the answering service I was told she would escalate the issue, meaning she didn't want to deal with me. Haven 't heard a word from them since. Scam! Do not waste your money!

Sears changed me $169 to diagnose why my refrigerator was not making ice. The technician came to my house opened my refrigerator and looked inside and told me the ice line was frozen. He did not do anything but, ask me to pay him the diagnostic fees. This is a total rip off in my opinion.

Sears Home Warranty is $49.99 per month. After 2 years I needed a small repair on my washer. They kept putting off the repair and after over 2 months — still not fixed!! Their phone number always rings busy. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Do you buy a warranty with them. They tell you to call the warranty department but no one never answers. I had a previous claim that took 2 weeks for them to fix. They have to order all parts and even when parts come in you have call and make another appointment which is time consuming. This warranty is no good. Do not waste your time.

they dont even deserve a one. So, they could not fix my refrigerator, so they subcontracted another company to come out here. That company the times i do get them they are just so rude to me. This is not a professional way to go. For all you guys do not get sears warranty it is not worth it.

If I could put 0 stars I would. What a rip off!! You have to stay with them for 12 months, cannot cancel. Paid all that money for nothing. We paid $70 each call, plus $50 a month, and nothing got fixed! Total rip! To cancel, you have to pay the contract off, plus a large fee. Don’t do it!

Absolutely atrocious. My fridge went out and the earliest they could schedule a repairperson was a month away. This is not the first time they gave me the run-around either. When I called to cancel my plan, they kept asking why I wanted to cancel and were rather rude about it.

If there was a way to rate this contract NO stars, I would! Do NOT WASTE your money on this HORRIBLE contract!! FOuR MONTHS we went without a working washer. FOUR MONTHS!! EXCUSe after EXCUSE after EXCUSE!! We ended up paying for this garbage AND we bought our own NEW washer. This contract is GARBAGE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I have been without microwave for over 6 months, while they sent repair company out 4 times with different parts trying to fix and was not successful. Not hear back from Service Bench/Chinch about statis of replacement, I called and was informed they are not going to replace. TERRIBLE warranty company and will never refer anyone to them!!!!

Terrible!! Don’t waste your money. Called I. For my ice maker repair. The tech came out 3 times and never fixed it. By the 3rd trip he had broken all the wires to my freezer. All Sears warranty offered was a much cheaper replacement or $600 less than I paid for my fridge which is a kenmore and the replacement offered is GE so crazy!

When having a dish-washer break down, it took one month to get a technician to come out to repair it. It then took another week to get the part. Do NOT waste time with this service. upon trying to cancel the service it has taken four months to cancel it, and still waiting.

Worthless. Needed washer fixed in a stacked unit. They sent a company that would not work on stacked units even though they new the unit was stacked and did not have another company to send. They then refused to refund the $75 deductible because the one tech had come by and said he couldn't work on it.

There is NEVER any mention that you are committed for a whole year of coverage- so now my fridge repair ended up costing more than its worth. We had a Bosch dishwasher and a Kenmore Dryer stop working in June 2021. Sears Home Warranty sent out repairmen every few weeks for four months and accomplished nothing. On the fifth try (a new man each time), "Emilio" fixed both appliances in a few minutes with no need for parts. How come we had to wait four months for that?

I placed a claim thru Choice Home Warranty and they assigned it to Sears Home Warranty to fix. They NEVER SHOWED UP for 2 separate appts! I called Sears and they "said" they escalated my issue but nothing happened!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I had to called Choice back to ask them to assign another vendor because Sears was worthless!

I have repairs for both refrigerator and Dryer 1. Refrigerator - Confirmed appointment 3 times - no show for more than a month 2. Gas Dryer - Technician came three times but didn't fix the issue. Cancel the service call by the technician Will not use SEARS for anything. It is a BIG mistakes in buying SEARS products

We have had this warranty plan for 8 years. They never come when you are told they are coming. They order parts when at your home when they already know what they need to fix it. Then come back weeks latter to fix it. i have been waiting 6 weeks to have my dryer fix. Don't use Sears....

Sears Home Warranty does not honor their statements. They will always look for loop holes. They took months to tell me they could not repair my range. Then they refused to replace it and gave me a small amount of money that basically repaid the service fee.
