They are continuously denying claims and sending in incompetent contractors. I recently filed a claim for my air conditioning unit and the person they sent out completely misdiagnosed the problem. I called two other contractors who confirmed it was misdiagnosed and got it fixed. So far they are not covering what they were supposed to cover.

The quality of contractors they use are terrible. The telephone response time is ridiculous. We have had our AC looked at several times so we decided to get a company not associate with Landmark out and they said the repairs done were hurting our unit in the long run. Do not recommend Landmark at all.

They said it would take them about 6 days to come over and take a look at it, and when I asked what I was supposed to do without A/C in the meantime, they said 'that's your problem'! It was such a negative experience!
