Very disappointed on how my claim about my dryer malfunctioning was handled. I had to take time and call them repeatedly with the same information after I had my vent looked at and know it's not the problem. So far it's frustration and a waste of service call money and time. Don't think I'll be renewing

Confusing to have so many representatives. Never know who to call. The contractors have not been great. Once, we found out two weeks later that the contractor that was hired doesn't even service our brand of microwave. Doesn't seem like it should have taken that long to figure out (our microwave still isn't fixed two months later).

This company is one of the worst out of a very bad segment of home warranty companies. They take forever to service anything 90% of the time. My average has been 3-4 weeks and those are business weeks. This is not due to parts most of the time as this is their standard excuse as to why their lead times are so long. They will send one company out approve the repair and then 3-4 weeks later when you've heard nothing they will say oh we need to send another company out complimentary of course charge you for it and they deny the claim they previously approved. I have documentation if requested. I'm not one to complain unless service is horrible and landmarks service is almost indescribably bad. Stay away far way from this seedy company.

That being said, the online portal is more or less dysfunctional and hold times are ludicrous if you call in instead. Fixing the bugs in the online process would go a long way to helping me not hate having to deal with this company.

From start to finish, it took almost 3 months to get my dishwasher and have it installed. Completely unacceptable. The installation company you use is AWFUL. They canceled our original appointment without informed us (even though they said they did yet we have no record of an email or phone call from them) so when we called on our appointment day, we were told it had been canceled a month earlier. So, then we had to wait for the dishwasher to be shipped again. Once it was shipped, we were told it wouldn't be installed, even though I had paid to have it installed. They had to schedule a separate day (after the dishwasher was delivered) to have it installed. This installation company was combative and argumentative and it was NOT helpful in any way. Totally unacceptable.

Our experience has been mixed. The class action suit on air conditioner repair didn't help. And the attitude seems to have changed from "We're going to fix it" to "We'll find a way to get out of this if we can." We own multiple properties that have been insured and serviced by Landmark, or companies that it owns, and we wish things would be better.
