I find your home warranty a joke! You only work with certain companies...mine sucked! You covered the price of the condenser, parts and labor. But when I refused to work with the HVAC company, you only paid out $784 for a $1600 Condensing unit. You're a joke!

Landmark has not honored their repair. The AC unit needed a compressor replacement and Landmark charged a deductible then covered only one part despite other associated parts, materials needed and had me pay $825. It then broke again less than 30 days and they now expect me to pay $860. Outrageous!

my last ticket submitted took almost 3 months to complete, it's still incomplete. waiting to receive either a check covering the wall they had to cut into, to fix the piping.

Service providers tell us they do not give priority to landmark warranty calls- this is opposite of what landmark customer service agents tell you.

SCAM ARTISTS They have you pay $40 for them to basically set up an appointment for you because ponce the contractor comes out they dont cover anything so you end up paying for all services done anyways so why mess with the Landmark Warranty middle mans who skim money off the top.
