The send out reputable contractors (that have also been amazing). I will be continuing my home warranty when it ends in May 2019.

Landmark is quick on getting repairs completed. Their professional vendors were very responsive, provided adequate time frames and followed up with calls along the way to reporting. They provided the fastest response I have ever received from a warranty company contractor. I was notified within 4 hours that my service would take place the following morning. The plumber completely fixed the issue within an hour and offered helpful tips to avoid future concerns. A+ in my opinion.

They fixed my ac and when I had another issue less then 30 days later they sent a guy within one hour and it was repaired at no additional cost (except the $70 service call fee as it was not related to the first repair at all!)Love Landmark!

we bought a home and moved in and found out that the refrigerator was not working. I called and they contacted a repairman who contacted me and was out the same day to check on it. It as dead and could not be repaired. Landmark had a replacement check to us in less than 10 days and we were able to buy the refrigerator we wanted.

My a/c went down here in idaho when it was 105 out I couldn't pay upfront so they waited to bill me till they got billed from the contractor. It helped me sooooo much , then I had to call them to pay 2 weeks later because they didn't have a card on file and didn't even call and harass me

I had a problem with my Water Softner so I put in a claim. Landmark didn't have a contractor in the area, so they allowed me to pick my own. This took some time and energy on my part, but I found a contractor. Contractor came out, diagnosed the problem, and Landmark cut me a check for the covered amount per the contract. I recieved the check after 1 week. Process was pretty simple and painless, minus having to find my own contractor.

This company is better than other warranty companies out there. The reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes they are hard to reach due to their hours and closed on weekends. I have called during regular business hours to still have a voicemail greet me stating that they will call you back. All in all, they do provide good vendors for your repairs and it takes about 10-14 business days to receive a cash out if anything in your home fails that is covered. I will continue this service for sure. I have used three other home warranty companies who are terrible!!

Our water heater went out on us a few months back and contacted Landmark Home Warranty company. We did not get a hold of them at first, left a message for them to call us back and they did return our call promptly. They referred to a local plumbing company that handles their home warranty claims and through the plumber we received an upgraded water heater through one of the local plumbing supply houses. We were extremely please with this transaction through Landmark that we recommend them to others that are looking for a home warranty company. They aren't the least expensive company but in dealing with them, our problem became their problem and it was definitely solved to our extreme satisfaction. We haven't had to use them prior to this or after this but highly recommend them. Salud

Great home warranty plan! We had a policy from Landmark a few years back and they ALWAYS delivered as promised. From customer service to actual service we had nothing but good interactions and services. They were able to get someone to service our furnace the next day! When it is the middle of January and very cold outside it was amazing to work with Landmark and have things resolved and fixed in 24 hours!

1.) The plumber was over 48 hours late and replaced my robust garbage disposal with a flimsy unit, when I had been told over the phone that this wouldn't happen. 2. I called you to complain and the phone person was not fluent in english and didn't understand me. 3. I emailer customer care and they never responded.
