I suppose the customer support was great. and they apparently looked for someone to do the work on my air conditioning to fix it which still isn't fixed by the way and then called me back a couple of years and they couldn't find anybody and took me about five minutes to find someone, but because of that I'm going to have to front the cash to cover the fix and get reimbursed rather than them just covering it. That's my that's the only negative I have. Anyway, that's more the questions that you have. my whole criticism just comes back to the fact that I have to front the cash before I get before it gets covered because I located the person myself was going to do the work.

Would give zero if I can. WORST COMPANY. My water heater broke 3 weeks ago, agreed to pay $535 for my copay. 3 weeks after of no status updates, I asked for the status of my claim and they said I have to pay $1200 in order for my water to be replaced now.

They've been responsive whenever we've had a request for something that's not working properly. Just recently we had our air conditioner to go out and it was getting exceedingly hot and we were worried that, because we live in the desert, it was going to be an unmanageable situation. I expected a response back in a day or two, but they within a few hours really sent the referral to us, and that worked out very well for us. We're very happy. We've never had a problem with the home warranty and and it's always been a positive thing. The people they sent out are very capable and very qualified and they quickly addressed our problem and we have no complaints.

Everything got taken care of correctly. They had trouble finding somebody to do the work, then they offered me to get my own, whoever I wanted to come down and look at it, and they were reimbursed after they took pictures and sent it to them.
