Can never get direct answer on claims. Te chicane submit claims but never get work orders to fix anything. I get vague emails for additional info which I have no idea what they are talking about. Why can't the person needing info can't contact me by phone so that commcations are clear and thing can move along with everyone on the same page.

No stars, have been waiting, in 80-90 degree weather. Called on a Sunday to say Central Air went out as of Tuesday they have not found a service technician. My husband has copd, emphysema and congestive heart failure. They don't deserve a star.

Waste of money.. just save your money for emergencys... They always look for ways to not pay for a claim.. if the technician is wrong they still get your call out fee... An you have to pay out of pocket to prove to them with another company that the claim was in warranty ..

They didn’t want to fix my water leak Said something about pre existing problems but I had my home inspected in August of 2022 and there were no leaks. I paid $1,440. 00 for 3 years of coverage and they reject my claim. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

They did not pay all of the cost . The split units were both bad accord to their Tech. I had to agree to pay for one. They were putting me off to get it replaced. It took them about forty five days to go through with this. Then they down graded the unit to a Goodman unite.

I liked my tech company for my appliances. I wished I had them the first two years of my membership. I really hated the process of having tech who told me at the door that Choice would not pay for my problem. I felt I was giving money away to people who wouldn't even look at the problem. I also disliked the techs that disassemble your appliance, ordered parts and twice the incorrect part were sent. It took months for the part. Choice then said they wouldn't pay because they had closed the case. There is lots I didn't like. I spent more money having Choice for their inability to find certified technician and not included in your warranty. For instance the hot water heater was in a tank!!! When I was asked to find my own repair person ninety percent of companies I contacted refused to work with Choice. Many of the techs appear to come from a labor pool and didn't know what they were doing! It truly was a costly mess.

Have not delivered on timeliness. Repair delayed because of pre-authorization. Confusion over interpretation of contract in regards to AC parts that are under product warranty whereas labor and ancillary parts, etc, not covered under product warranty are also not covered under Choice contract.

It works for fixing things at home. But when an item needs replacing, they give you this very low replacement money that you end up paying a significant portion. Representatives and supervisors have no decision power. Just go by the scrip.

I signed up to a plan with Choice Home Warranty to cover all major appliances, including my air conditioner with an effective start date of coverage on October 13, 2023. On that day, my air conditioner compressor failed, causing electrical interference on other appliances. I was relieved knowing I had recently signed up with Choice Home Warranty, only to find out that my air conditioner wasn’t covered because they claimed it entered the plan with a preexisting issue. The unit worked fine on the morning of October 13, 2023, so I was perplexed with what they told me regarding my claim. I would strongly urge anyone reading this review to not do business with Choice Home Warranty, as they have no intention of paying for appliance failure. They’re a scam and shady company. If you enter into a contract with them, rest assured you WILL NOT have coverage on a claim. I give them ZERO stars!!! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!!
