Waste of money.. just save your money for emergencys... They always look for ways to not pay for a claim.. if the technician is wrong they still get your call out fee... An you have to pay out of pocket to prove to them with another company that the claim was in warranty ..

They didn’t want to fix my water leak Said something about pre existing problems but I had my home inspected in August of 2022 and there were no leaks. I paid $1,440. 00 for 3 years of coverage and they reject my claim. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

They did not pay all of the cost . The split units were both bad accord to their Tech. I had to agree to pay for one. They were putting me off to get it replaced. It took them about forty five days to go through with this. Then they down graded the unit to a Goodman unite.

Have been without gas in my home for almost three weeks due to a minor gas leak. Delays due to not checking with technicians to ensure they could fix. Delays in authorizing a gas line check (minor procedure) to identify leak. Still not fixed. No hot water, ability to cook, or heat my home for myself and my three small children.

Choice Home Warranty is a laughable company. My AC failed and they only paid for the cheapest piece, even though the entire system failed. It still cost me almost 5k to get my system up and running. I would avoid them like the plague.

They offer you a number that they can get it for, BUT you the customer don’t have access to that source which equates to 50% of replacement value Then not send the check Absolutely criminal Do yourself a favor use any company other than choice home warranty

I have no issue with Tech! I have difficulty with getting claim assigned The operator doesn’t understand English and I have to repeat myself over and over. A fix my leaking shower took 3 days to complete because no one would assign the claim. Should have fixed it in a day! Terrible customer service in the claims department

Filed a claim for refrigerator- easy Technician came out for repair- great Parts no longer made so Choice going to replace the entire unit- fantastic! They issue a gift card from Lowe’s to replace the unit that can take up to 30 days. Email from Lowe’s has not been sent. That was over one week ago and we are still without a refrigerator. Not easy with kids. - disappointed

After paying for the service for a few years, I had a problem with my AC. They did nothing to repair or replace the unit. They said something was rusty and they wouldn't cover it. I just replaced both condensers and both units and cancelled them. Before that I did have a problem with a clogged toilet and they said they would they would pay for it to be snaked but wouldn't cover the toilet being removed or wouldn't pay for it to be put back on. Just a whole lot of malarkey. Not worth the money I paid for all those years.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have an outstanding claim from Sept 25 . I was notified that a technician would be here for my hot water heater between 11:00 and 3:00 I waited all day no one showed up called the company They said Troy said never given them the work order When I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor I was told they would call me right back I waited very patiently when I called them again the whole department's closed. some customer service that is. This company has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have spent many phone calls and many hours waiting for this one claim this company is not worth it do not waste your money

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the biggest scam of a company I have ever come across! Should have researched and looked at all your horrible reviews and BBB before throwing $600 out the window. No wonder there was a class action law suit against this joke of a company! Very deceitful and the repair companies you go through is an absolute joke. Called for my garbage disposal to be repaired I was told there was nothing wrong with that. Never even bothered to check it at all. The noise alone would let anybody with half a brain realize there was a problem with it. Put a can of green beans and card board under my pipe to stop a leak. “Repair” guy came to the door with a pencil and 2 small screw drivers he picked up at the Dollar Store before coming to my home. He told me to never move it. He repeatedly asked ME if I had this tool and that tool in an anger way. And told me it was too far to go back down to his car to get the tools he actually needed. Again NEVER checked/ fixed the initial repair I had called about. He was there less than 15 minutes without fixing a thing and charged me $75!!! I’m discussed and beyond upset with this whole experience and waste of money for your pathetic excuse of a company. I will let everyone know what a scam you are!!! You are an absolute disgrace knowingly robbing people. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
