Last month I had the plumbers here I paid my service fee they didn’t have part for toilet the bath tub faucets are leaking no parts for that either kitchen sink leaking no parts I talked to the office an a man told me to call and get an appointment I think he should have gotten me one Choice does not care

I am very unhappy!!! First, the guy comes out says the icemaker water supply is not shutting off. I said I need a new icemaker he said yes comes back a week later or longer and replaces a valve icemaker still not working texted the guy said it’s still not working he said he’d order an ice maker 3 weeks still no ice maker!!!

My hotwater heater went out. They agreed to replace it, but wanted to charge amount $1,400 for the install. Nothing special!!! Found a licensed plumber to install a better heater unit, ( heater included) outside of warranty for $1,100. WHAT IS THE POINT OF INSURANCE WHEN IT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER WITHOUT IT.

We did not like the fact that it took way too long to have the service completed when a claim was submitted. We were given a runaround with continued excuses as to why the service was not carried out in a timely manner. No complaints with the repairmen, just with the length of time it took to have someone sent to do the repairs.

They came out on May 25 to fix my freezer and had to order a part. It’s now June 7 and the part hasn’t come in. They sent Sears home repairs. Their website will not let me log in. I put in my email and policy number and nothing happens.

Can never get direct answer on claims. Te chicane submit claims but never get work orders to fix anything. I get vague emails for additional info which I have no idea what they are talking about. Why can't the person needing info can't contact me by phone so that commcations are clear and thing can move along with everyone on the same page.

Waste of money.. just save your money for emergencys... They always look for ways to not pay for a claim.. if the technician is wrong they still get your call out fee... An you have to pay out of pocket to prove to them with another company that the claim was in warranty ..

They didn’t want to fix my water leak Said something about pre existing problems but I had my home inspected in August of 2022 and there were no leaks. I paid $1,440. 00 for 3 years of coverage and they reject my claim. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

They did not pay all of the cost . The split units were both bad accord to their Tech. I had to agree to pay for one. They were putting me off to get it replaced. It took them about forty five days to go through with this. Then they down graded the unit to a Goodman unite.

Choice Home Warranty is a laughable company. My AC failed and they only paid for the cheapest piece, even though the entire system failed. It still cost me almost 5k to get my system up and running. I would avoid them like the plague.
