I'm very happy with choice. Their response time is absolutely excellent. Pretty much as soon as you file the claim they set up and appointment with a company to come fix the problem Just recently I used my warranty for my refrigerator ice maker. I have two refrigerators in my house and two ice makers. One of them had been fixed previously by a very knowledgeable tech. This time instead of setting it up with the same company they went with a different company. I know choice gave them the ok to fix it but I haven't heard back from the company so I'm not sure what's going on.

Every time I've had a problem, I call and somebody comes out within a day or two and does the job. I've used it on numerous occasions. I've never had a problem. The tradesmen they send out always do a good job.

Recently had a good experience with the replacement of the disposal and the plumber was very helpful and it was covered. They respond very quickly to a claim. I did have to negotiate with them to get rid of a dishwasher once and the hot water heater they didn't cover.

They offered us a five year plan with an extra year free so that was a nice benefit. So far every time we've needed them, they've been able to find somebody to come out and fix the problem. They're available quite readily and always answer questions and work to make us happy.

When you have a problem, they find somebody. Sometimes they have problems with the electrician or contractors but then they get somebody who's been here before, which I prefer. They take care of that issue when they get here and fix the job.

We've had problems getting somebody out to be able to take care of the problem properly. The washing machine broke down and we couldn't get anybody out here. The people that came out were supposed to come out and never showed up. Finally we got a good person here.

Inconvenient and unacceptable. It takes them a while to schedule appointments. The last time I needed to use it they schedule my appointment for about a week later and then when the guy came he said it couldn't be fixed so the next day they sent another guy and he fixed but in the meantime I was without my stove for about ten days and that's unreasonable I think that was too long to wait to have a repair done. When it's a large repair they find some reason to find it not eligible for the repair. That's happened to me twice.

The support is great. They answer my questions. They will respond within a day or two. My only problem with choice has been a lack of providers in the area. It normally takes them a couple of days before they can locate a provider.

Several times I've called and customer service has not understood my issue. It feels like they are reading off of a scrip but they've gotten things taken care of. The contractor they sent for our garage door was very personable and he showed us how to keep it from happening again. He worked with my schedule and was a great guy.

I they would fix my appliances as if they went down.'They do not fix things that they think costs too much nor to they replace it. They wanted to send me $175 to replace my dishwasher but I cannot get a dishwasher and have it installed for $175. As much as it costs they do not replace the appliances or installed them as they were said to have done in the advertisement. I was happy with the plumber they sent to fix my toilet. He did a very good job.

My garage door had to be replaced and it took a service call to identify the problem and two more to get it installed and working properly. It took three days to do an hour and a half job. Every warranty company I've had in the past just send somebody out to fix the problem and then they decide whether it was covered or not which was much more convenient because then I already had the plumber there and if that wasn't covered I just paid them.

I called Choice and told them I had two pluming problem. Choice replaced my garbage disposal with a new one. The second problem water flow from the shower head; I fixed it myself. I called Choice to inform them one of the problem was solved they told me I had to pay for two orders and I did.

There is no communication when there is a problem. The first time I used them, they were great and the vendor was great and it was timely but right now I am dealing with an issue because the vendor hasn't come to fix my stove and I've waiting since Saturday and I keep going online to tell them about the vendor not showing up and not communicating and I haven't anything back.

On obe icxasion they do nit include the total replacement if the warer geater. I had to oay icer $400....on another iccasion I had to hire my iwn air conditioning co to fix my ac and since ths first co that was sent did nit fix ut, U had to pay an ADDITIONAL fee for the ac co i contracted with. All other calls were fine.

When choice assigns a person I can normally call the person and get them to come quicker. They do great customer service for choice. I was doing some remodeling and ran into an issue. A gentleman came out and fixed the issue and I asked him if he could do some other work and he agreed. We got a lot more work done at a better price because he was already out here. They're just a good company. I tried to renew my policy and apparently choice home warranty is not renewing in Oklahoma therefor I have to move to another company.

When I've called they've always taken care of things. I've used it for my washer and plumbing issues. I had air conditioning problems and they had a problem getting a technician but finally after a couple weeks they found somebody to come and take care of that. When my washer went out they wanted to bargain so they could pay the cheapest rate on the washing machine.
